I would say the answer is Probably YES.!! The best thing is to get back on the right track, talk to your wife about this...Have the missionary's over feed them they could use a good meal the can get to know u and ur spouse and reteach you and your + ur spouse in a non threatening way. Or talk to your wife and tell her youd like to go back to church and would like her to come with you. then invite the missionary's over. Which ever way..just get back. GOd loves you so much and Loves your wife too. He wants the best for you. Remember there is opposition in all things. Satan is happy you went inactive and He will try to keep you chained to him. I know this is true. I also know that you can undo those chains and get free, but you need Christ help for that and He is willing to help. Use him!!!! Some of your emotional problems will go away some may stay I dont know. What I do know is we all have trails, hardships etc. we dont need to go through them alone. You will find much joy in the church then out. Many have felt and do feel the same ashamed, embarrassed THe prophets have told us to come back!! and I agree with them! Dont worry the church wont fall down on everyone cause u desided to come as a matter of fact their will be many happy faces to see you there on this side and on the other side of the veil....I hope you will do it!! I know you will be blessed!!!

yes he can, so could a woman faith = power we draw on the power of Priesthood Faith if and when needed. If there is no Melchizedek P.H available God knows whAt we need and loves us all!! You should always try to get priesthood blessing, their might be times when their are no priest around. You then use your faith. THe priesthood blessing is not coming from the man God notices what he is doing and use's the man sees his authrity Gods the one who blesses....

i always thought the jewish calender was the one to follow but im not sure any more it gives us to many more years and looking @ the signs in the world it looks closer . When ever it comes it comes You can see the Lord hastening His work The best thing is to prepair now and be ready for when it does come!!!

I think your in a hard place And I know you will figure it out I'm sure this is a learning experience for you. LIke was said upabove we all sin and we dont know all their sins. This person for some reason wanted you to know was it to help him? or did he or she want to scare you away?? As I have loved you, love one another this new commandment etc etc... by this shall men know that yeah are my disciple if yea have love one to another. You might be the one to help your friend. ive seen big weddings small ones they can all be sweet and good, and u can feel the spirit but I know better to me its lacking the Forever part- (the sealing) and this to me no matter how good it was if I really enjoyed it the other wedding was for me it leaves a sadness knowing what they could of had. But a joy knowing they can still have it.

Im glad your daughter is in love with her now husband and that you all had a lovely wedding. I do hope that her husband will in time become a member of his own will and that they will later seal their marriage for eternity this is my wish and desire for them.

I didnt read all that was said upabove yet I tell people your membership is like going to school u can start in kindergarten and then jump to 5th grade. YOu join your in kindergarten you continue to learn and go thru High School, going to the temple is like going to college. YOu need to be reaDY for this!! for you will be taken out more promises to Heavenly Father. He wants to give us all everything our journey is alot of steps when your ready to go on then its time to go to the temple and continue to learn and grow and take more steps. He's not holding anyone back from doing this!! But we really need to be ready for it.! and It is all wonderful!! I promise you this its worth it. The Temple's are the best place's in the world not because there beautiful it's because what you feel when your inside!!! Some people say its secret its not, its in the scriptures. It's scared gee I hope I spelled that right I cant wait 4 the Ft. Laud temple will be open probably this March it's exciting!!!

when we join the church many of us think the people are so perfect but u find out in time their not. We al have stuff and issues, and many of us have the same things thats why He gave us each other to help and lift and build and rebuild if needed. the gospel is just Grand!!

Yes, I thought it was a great talk as well, In general conference weekend was totally uplifting and spiritual and I've heard others mention about this talk as well. General Conference is a blessing to us it feeds us. TO bad most of the world doesn't know this!!!! I use more explorations marks now after that talk on !!! haha

I think its great that you want to go back to church I say do it!!! I am a older single person as well. So I understand about the classes etc. But its not anyone alse's business if some should say something negative its not your problem it is their problem. Dont let it hurt you. The most important thing is your relationship with the Lord. Get involved and serve we need you, we need your help to help build up His kingdom. Let us know how it goes....

the Priesthood is the authority of God. then men holding the Prissthood is the tool Heavenly Father uses, The Blessing is not coming from the Priesthood holders its coming from God. Remember its not our will but Gods will. He can heal but only if the person is not appointed to death.Well im sure he can heal them to if the Lord has His reason And It takes Faith on the part of the Priesthood As well as the person whos receiving the blessing. Faith =Power with God all things are possible.

Good idea to save money @ what ever stage of life that any of us are in. I know it's hard not to be married at a certain age, believe me I know I'm old and have never been married and it stinks, but I have to put my trust and faith in God. Like a previous poster said, enjoy life, do things u like, travel, what ever u like get involved in, stay active in the church. And in time it will happen.

I thought it was a pretty good movie myself. I normally wouldnt see a movie like this but I was on a date. and again I did enjoy the movie.

I dont know if i should or shouldn't respond since I am not married and never have been. But I do know that men and woman think different and see things differently. You say something, he is hearing something alse and vice a versa And that in it self is a huge problem if not worked on. open communication in all relationships is a biggie 2 understand the wants and needs of another, with saying this I know that this is not easy for many to do. Sex is a biggie, Id assume in marriage cause its a biggie out of marriage and a hard thing to have a relationship with the opposite sex when one wants to live the law of chasity and one doesnt understand it, and trying to develop a relationship. Sex seems to mean everything to most man.But I'm talking of men out of the church I dont have experience with men from within the church. Why I dont know. I would like to know the answer to this. guess maybe out of marriage its purely a selfish thing, verses a selfless thing of wanting to give your self totally to the person u choose to build a life with, have children and bond to your husband. After marriage I dont understand how a woman wouldnt' flirt with her husband. You are a couple, he's your best friend. Enjoy each other's difference's. Do men feel loved when they are cuddle and pampered by their woman? I'd like to know the answer to this question. I'm actually dating a man now 8 yrs older then I, which is ok with me cause Im old but the sex thing has broken us apart and where now back again trying, but I'm afraid it's always going to be there. sorry if I changed the subject some. ok u said the Priesthood holder is acting as voice...voice of GOd I asume u r saying. BUt I know a women who placed her hand on her son who was so sick, and he was healed immediatley. that was not through the Priesthood ordiance, but the faith of her son and the mother. many times their is no Priesthood holder around, or can get there fast enough.
