I just finished reading The Infinite Atonement by Tad R. Callister. It was awesome Ive learned alot will read it again. Wouldnt mind giving a talk in scaremet on it. Thank you for suggestion it connie. Any one know of a book that gives alot of detail on Moroni??

Im sorry I have little time to spear on here so I have just read the first page. Like it was said people go inactive for many reasons. Sin is a biggie not thinking their not good enough, but remember Satan wants us to feel this way and just come. Or not wanting to get up I was like that now Sunday and any day Im at church is the best day for me. It's about building your relationship with the Savior. Taking the time to grow, learn, and trust in the Lord, not in the world. Some times we think stepping out of the church is the way to find what we are searching for, But I've learned what were looking for and might not see is only found in the church were we can find true happiness. We also need to fellowship more, and no that no one is perfect, each of us are at different levels of growth. I think if we could get our Vt & Ht up it would probably help its a great way to show that we are indeed our brothers and sisters keeper. No man is an island we all need each other. Dont be afraid to reach out to others in caring and loving ways. Its better to try to prevent a person from going inactive then after they have. Watch and see hey its so much easier today we can use technology, send a text or call, best way is to just reach out any way that we can. And dont forget real active people can get less active- we just need to be watchkeepers!

You don't have to dress inmodest, to look good or to smoke or drink etc etc to fit in. Don't fall into peer pressure what ever your age is young or older, those are not the kind of people you want to hang with or fit in with. Following the Lord's way is the best even thou at times it might be hard. Be in the world but not of the world.

but most of the time I don't eat breakfast, some times I go to mcd's. Eat what ever you want, its best to eat healthy thou. I am craving French toast though.

Hello and thank you for sharing with us. I do hope that you will be up and well soon. You seem to be a very strong member, don't ever forget that the Lord loves you and your family soooo very much. And He is proud of all that you do, and who you are. He see's you holding on and doing the best you can under this situation that you are in. It is great to see your ward supporting you as well as you supporting them. Keep smiling Keep shining know that you can always count on Him for sure, that's what He is for. Don't be afraid to see your Bishop, what makes it hard is we are embrassed but he has heard everything before and only wants the best for you, what ever that might be!!! And the best is for you to grow in knowledge, faith and trust in the Lord in imo.

hello and welcome to the site and to The Church. Ty for your story you don't have to resign, what I'd add is let those good seeds of faith grow with in you. You have the right to ask Heavenly Father anything, He wants us to do this. Communication is the key to any relationship. You can always speak with your Bishop he's the father of the ward you live in, he's the spiritual leader of your ward. I for one am happy that you are in the church, it truly is a good thing. And think of the long way you have come already. Stick to the path and it will all work out.

I say do what you have to do, and see the Bishop and stay away from these bad habits you can do it..Ask God He will help you, and trust in Him.

It means the work ,God's work is moving forward and on ward towards that great day when He will return.
