i pick and choose which of my family i have on my facebook. i've had 2 family members (an aunt and a cousin) who freaked out on me for something i said on facebook (both different occassions). i'm 29 years old. i'm not on facebook so everything i do can be scrutinized by family....so there's some i just choose not to have on there because i know what will happen at the next family get-together.

ahhh yet another year has passed and Canadian Breath Day has completely snuck up on me. better get the celebration planning started...

friends requests from friends of friends. i got a request on facebook today from a friend of a friend. i can't decide if the lady is the ex-wife of my friend, or if they're just friends....odd. anyways, i'm with Ma on the txt spk too. use your vowels, even if you are a teen. and i'm with marts too....after about 5 sentences in a post i lose interest.

happy 3 month birthday anniversary!

i'm on my feet for pretty much 9 straight hours a day anyways, so as long as i'm wearing the right shoes i'm good. but if i'm not wearing my runners, and walk for 5 or 6 hours, i know i'll pay the price that night. i know i don't drink as much water as i should, but i've been dealing with this issue since i was 14....so for 15 years. i've pretty much come to the point where i know what has caused my charlie horse to occur, and usually it's more an issue with footwear than water....at least in my case. i'm not saying everyone is the same.

no. once the cramps stop (usually about 5 minutes) i massage my leg and walk around and i'm back to normal in about 20-30 minutes. unless it's one that goes way up my thigh. i find mine are worse if i've been walking all day in bad shoes.

i get charlie horses every few months. they hurt like heck and i always wake up screaming in pain, because that's really all i can do. especially when they go all the way up my thigh. OUCH. best thing for them is to flex your foot. it's gotten to the point where in order to keep my foot flat, i lay in bed with my foot flat against the wall. that's the only way i can keep it flexed. i get them while swimming often too....almost got one in the middle of the ocean while snorkelling in DR. if i'm awake i can prevent them... worse than labor? i can't say, never had a baby. never been in an arranged marriage either. or an unarranged one either. but seeing as they're usually set up by parents, i think an arranged marriage wouldn't work for me, seeing as the last guy my mom wanted to "hook me up" with was married with 3 kids.....yip. love my mom.

we got some snow overnight, but it was all gone by 2 this afternoon....not sure what the weather this weekend is supposed to be....i'll go look. looks like no snow this weekend. supposed to be 60ish

i've tried the websites...which don't provide any info for me since i don't have my membership number. i wouldn't be opposed to showing up on sunday....now that i know what ward i'm in and when it meets, however i typically work until 3 on sundays....which is when church is just ending....i just didn't know if there was another way i hadn't thought of... thanks for helping.
