For me, an electric blanket AND an electric mattress cover. Yum. It is 40 F here. Frig. Summer is definitely over. Dishwasher! Gps. Was embarrassed to realize that I need it to get to Walmart. Turn off brain and drive. Just wait till we ger self driving cars. Lots of lights on especially in winter. It is really dark here and the sun goes down early and gets up late.

You could go a half hour early and help set up. Instant friendships. Take your apron to protect your clothes. Maybe stay to help clean up?

I have to laugh at the idea of being paid to do a calling. When things get bad in my ward in which most have at least two callings, I try to persuade others that we need a paid clergy. I point out the benefits. I pride myself that I am very eloquent but ... I was kidding. Blowing off steam. Never in my life did I imagine that anyone seriously would propose paying someone for a calling!

The church does not teach that polygamy is necessary in the celestial kingdom.

Has anyone ever attended this pagent? Do you have a recommendation on where to stay? This pagent strikes me as the best of all pagents. Any opinions on this? How crazy is it getting into a restaurant during Pagent? How early should one arrive for seating? Any pagent tips?

Do you have a secret hope for the afterlife? I hope to be able to have a pet. My allergies make dog or cat ownership tricky. I hope not to work on the computer. Please no paperwork in the next life! I would love to be able to sing. It would be great to read a novel so a couple of nights off would be great. It would be nice to travel, have vacations. Visit friends. All the things I never have time to do here. I hope that there willbe social activities. No time for that here!

I teach in RS, the conference talks. Great, great calling. I have a month to prepare...but week 1 I am frequently baffled as to how to present the material and often week 2 as well. The new guidelines call for class participation so this can be tricky. This calling requires a lot of prayer - good for me to learn to humbly ask for help!

I attended 4, 13 week group therapy sessions for abused spouses. The counsellors had a lot of experience and we had a variety of counsellors. They told us not to expect that abusive spouses would change. However one counsellor did tell me that the abuser might change their behaviour in another relationship. The church does not expect spouses to stay in abusive relationships.

My Book of Mormon manual says that one of the prophecies of the last days is that many Jews will join the church. I have not seen much of this so I think we are safe for a bit. Also there needs to be a temple built in missouri. And the 10 lost tribes need to return and bring their scriptures. I think we have time to wait.

I am thinking of giving a basket of sparkling juice in a basket. That might be special enough for Xmas dinner. Again, thanks for the ideas!

I have always worked out in my garments and put on clean garments at the end of my session. It had not occurred to me not to wear garments while exercising .thanks. Removing the garments with the clothing is a good soluntion.

If you work out at a gym would you wear your garments in the changing room? I want to leave work and go to the gym so I would normally be changing into workout wear in the locker room. If I don't wear my garments it would not be a problem but we are meant to wear the garments every day. What do people do who go to the gym frequently? I hear, probably a rumour, that lds athletes just wear their garments in the locker room and change in front of people. This would be most convenient. What do you think?

Has anyone found yoga pants that don't show garments? A brand name would be appreciated. I have older pants with wide legs that don't show garments but I went from a size large to a size small and now I need to replace. Yoga pants have skinner legs now!
