  3. My step mother's dog starts "swimming" when she gets a few cms away from the water... Sooo funny to watch She also snores in her sleep.... And acts like a real madam.. She has also been known to "run" in her sleep... I am only guessing that at those times she is "chasing" a cat.. That she also loooves doing.. But she is also rather doff... A real personality on her...

  17. HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANUCK MORMON & MUSICGURL71!!!!! HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY
  18. That sounds great blessed I too found myself facing the same dilema... What has made it worse is the fact that this will be my hybby's first Father's Day. What has been perfect is that we have been on holiday in South Africa for the past month.. So what I have done is get a packet of mini South African chocolates & sweeties to take back to Malaysia for him... It has been easy to hide them from him because he doesn't pack the suitcases when we travel
  19. I think that it could be due to the fact that in allot of other places many members are not "surrounded" by the church & members & have to work harder at being faithful & keeping their testimonies strong. For example: in Malaysia the church is rather small (the closest temples are in the Phillipines or Hong Kong)The members in the branch I belong to work very hard at being faithful enough to have & keep a temple rec... For many there have been opportunities given to them to be able to attend the temple. The undertanding of gospel principles is also "simpler". And they don't take the gospel for granted because many of them have gone through allot to just be members. In South Africa I have seen the same. So many (including myself) take the fact that there is a temple in the same country or even down the road or on the same block for granted until they are no longer around that.
  20. Happy Birthday... Hope it was a good one... :-)
  21. I thought I might get in early with this one (as I will be away on holiday.... YAYYYY!!!) Wishing all the mothers on LDS Talk a wonderful Mothers Day.
