  4. Petty? PETTY!?!?! How dare you!?! It might be paltry. I'll even grant that it is incosequential... but petty? Wait... yeah, you're right. Sorry. Doctor Steuss Taking Secarian Strife to New Petty Levels
  5. I'm sure he was speaking of the heresy of antinomianism (the very thing that some of the great reformers themselves denounced). It is often a byproduct of "grace alone" recognition. It is through G-d’s grace that we are saved. There are however a few things He has asked of us to receive His infinite grace. Satan’s origination is not the Biblical teachings; it is the post 17th century propagation of heretical eisegesis that is not from G-d. Edited to add: Are you saved, or are you justified?Justification and Sanctification are not one-in-the-same.
  6. UMW is a heretical apostatized organization that is corrupting the true gospel of the SSCE. Heretics and heathens be they. For they try to make others sway. With their knowledge and beauty And charm that’s a plenty Dirty Harry’s trying to make their day.
  7. Lynn, Welcome to this "new" little corner of cyberspace. -Stu
  8. Yes. TO MY WIVES by Joel Hills Johnson Oh, Susie dear, with love and cheer May all with thee be well My love for thee, while true to me, This tongue can never tell. And Jennie, love, Can I reprove Or say thou are untrue With love like mine, and virtue thine, I always shall say no. And Maggie, too, my love for you I cannot now express While thou to me shall faithful be, I shall thee love and bless. Should each prove true their work to do Like true and faithful wives Then all shall share, my love and care With crown of endless l lives. Elphaba, have you had the chance to read anymore of his poems? They are some groovy stuff.
  9. I think Yak milk would make me......Yak.

  11. Trying to classify the language "confounding" at Babel.
  12. Is that a compliment? (My baby is smarter than dirt too) Depends on the dirt.
  13. It might have been something to do with T.A.R.D.I.S.
  14. We are all eternal and have always existed, we have just been in different forms. Christ, G-d the Father, you, me... we have always existed. We have just "progressed" to different forms through the help of G-d the Father, and will continue to do so. Read Abraham chapter 3 and hopefully the above will makes sense. But, then again... I might be off (sometimes my thoughts don't necessarily line up with "official" LDS doctrine).
  15. I guess if you combined Journal of Discourses 2:342, History of the Church 1:297, the November 1st 1878 issue of the Woman's Exponent (page 83) and Journal of Discourses 3:100, you might be able to flesh out a few words to search for. But, we might have to do some crazy Kabalistic type mojo to flesh it out of the text. Then again, maybe those kooky Olmecs preserved some of it when they were joined by the Jaradites. Or, maybe we just need some chemical analysis to ascertain the purity of a language (Zephaniah 3:9)… the purer it is, the more likely it’s Adamic (or maybe cocaine). Or maybe… The above is from Meridian, “In Search of the Adamic Language” by Ronald P. Millett (September 7, 2001).
  16. I'm not sure that all of the following necessarily mean the same thing: "god," G-d, God, Godhood, exaltation and being part of the "Godhead." Once that is peripherally grasped, it might tend to make a little more sense; albeit only slightly. Then again, it just might cause more confusion.
  17. I'm pretty sure they began looking for a "Mormon studies chair " around March of '05. So, as usual, you are right. :) Hugs, Sonny.
  18. Thou shalt not tease the Doctor thy Steuss about his manna...

  21. Lemme know if you need some glue. I love you two too tu-tu. PS. Llama spit.
  22. Possibly. It is still speculative (i.e. it requires the assumption that "Magdeline" was derived from migdal). I wouldn't go espousing this in GD class or anything like that. It's just the heretical Gospel of Steuss.
  23. Is this the same "David Stewart" that does cumorah.com?

  25. Ah, shucks.
