It's fantasy football. You can imagine what you want. I see zebras and giraffes on the sidelines. And I just passed to myself to score another touchdown, and I'm still in the first quarter of the game... :)

When I feel close to God I feel His love, for myself and other people, and when I don't feel as close I don't feel I feel as much of God's love... even if I think of myself and feel love for myself and other people, or all of the good things that I have in my life right now which give me pleasure. ... which later prompts me to want to "forget myself" as I was trying to explain in that other thread. :)

I know that, ApostleKnight. But there is a difference in the perspective. Some people have said I'm saying what's wrong when I have been mainly saying what's right, and they are giving a false impression of me when they do that.

Before I love myself I should know who I am, not who others or even I feel or think I may be, and the way I love myself is to give myself what I know that I need, not what other people or even I only think I need to have.Or in other words, I am loving others as myself by forgetting about myself when I am loving others, because I am loving others as I am loving myself as I need to be loved. Do you love yourself by knowing who you are, and by giving yourself what you really need, or do you love what others feel or think you may be and what they only think you need to have? Heh, and btw, if someone said "Forget you!!!" I'd just smile and think "Thank you, I have, and it might help you if you can now follow your own words of wisdom". :)

More happiness sometimes, yes. But there are also some times when I truly feel sadness, either for myself or the people I love who still need to grow up.And even though it's not easy I know it is worth growing up to be like Him.

The only people going to Hell will be the people who will love it in Hell, or in other words, the people who will love the fact that they're not going to Heaven. And death is no big deal if you can see it from an eternal perspective. It's over in a very short time and then we are "rewarded".

(example1: before I love you I must know who you are, not who I feel or think you may be) (example2: before I love God I must know who God is, not who I feel or think God may be) The way we love others is to give them what they need, not what we only think they need to have. (example1: The way I love others (if others need to know the truth) is to give them what they really need (true knowledge), not what I only think they really need to have (false beliefs, complaints, and anything else other than true knowledge) - and I can know what others need if I truly know them, not who I feel or think they may be. (example2: The way I love God (if God needs my true love) is to give God what God really needs (my true love), not what I only think God really needs to have (false love, complaints, and anything else other than true love) - and I can know what God needs if I truly know God, not who I feel or think God may be Or in other words, when I forget about myself and try to love other people I can see what other people can see. And I already know who I am (don't I???). Heh, if not, I'll find out for myself. :)

You can't see my thoughts or my feelings inside me, but you can see my actions that result.And you can show me your faith by showing me your works. If you don't your faith will be dead.

I hope you'll keep learning about science and nature until you know God must really exist.And until then you'll continue to believe good things "just happen" without seeing what you can't see right now. And btw, I know that your Dragon doesn't really exist and there is no way it can prove that it does, but there is a real way we can know God exists. Do you want me to tell you how to know???

My intent is to love everyone no matter what they believe and I know that intent is just right. And ONE of the ways that I show my love to everyone is by teaching what I know to be right. And if people disagree and have a problem with me because I share what I know to be right, then that is their problem and I’ll still love them anyway, while I continue to try to teach them what is right. :) Ray, I love ya but you are incorrigible, Incorrigible = habitual, persistent, confirmed, dyed-in-the-wool, incurable, hopeless., and irredeemable Since you used the word “but” I’m guessing you were using that word to say you think I have a flaw, and I’m wondering how you could think that about me after reading what I shared with you. Do you think it is wrong for me to love everyone even when I can see they are wrong? Or do you think it is wrong for me to teach what is right even when some people say I am wrong? And regardless of what you say, even if it is wrong, I will continue to love you and others anyway. :)

Treat others like they want to be treated, and forget yourself. Deal justly. Remember that everyone is related to people who love them... as they are... and that we can always do better to love those who love us.

Not if he was saying it is "everbrown". Sometimes places are green, sometimes they're white, and sometimes they are many other colors. Or were you trying to be funny or something???

Sorry, no gifts. I can hook you up with a great time share opportunity, though! Heh, no thanks. :) I once thought that was a good way to own vacation property, but I'd rather just rent a nice place. But if that property is for rent, I might be interested. My wife and I haven't been over there yet.

I agree with that, btw. I do love living in a forest. And I also love the flowers and the bushes.But I lived in Arizona before I lived here, and there is also a lot of beauty in the deserts. :)

Whoa, Dude!!! That's a bummer!!! What wisdom can you offer to overcome that?Maybe don't go buy groceries when you are in a hurry, or don't be in a hurry to buy groceries? Maybe stock up the pantry so you have what you need, especially for when you are in a hurry?

… a time for clear weather and being outside to enjoy all the beauty on Earth when splendor in the grass and the clouds up above proclaim the glory of Who is the King!!! … it's a time for great BBQ's too. :)
