Or late tomorrow night. Maybe.Well made shortbread has plenty of flavor. If your talking something by Keebler I'll agree with your assessment. The homemade is good as simple, but it is easy to spruce them up, a layer of marmalade on top with some orange zest in the dough. Tasty stuff. They were actually the inspiration for my marmalade ones but they didn't turn out orangy enough, thus the determination to use some orange zest next time. So far my little raspberry only wants steak and zingers. Sknarfing is similar to snarfing but with less enthusiasm and more neediness.
