The holy land

It's said that two-weeks in the Holy Land (Jerusalem, not SLC or Springfield, MO :P ) is like a year of theological education. I'd love to do a study tour in the Bible lands!

This is a challenging Q

I'd like to go back to the States again (was there in 82)

But I'd love to visit the old home land again, England (last there in 82)

After that I'd start to share dreams!

To Norway with visits to England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and France.

I want to see where my ancestors came from, and being in Norway physically, perhaps I will have better luck in tracking my fathers ancestors.

It maybe a little cheezy but I would start in Nauvoo and then Kirtland. From there I would go to the Holy Land and I would take PC with me. Hey I dream big. Although I don't know how PC is going to do when we tour the Holy Land with BYU professors. :D

I would love to visit Cameroon where my dh is from and finally meet my mother and father in law. I would also like to visit Ireland and see where some of my ancestors are from, and I would also love to go to Egypt, France, Italy, England, and Australia.

I already have my perfect trip sorted out.

Start off on Mount Athos in Greece.

Move on to Constantinople (otherwise known as Istanbul :glare: )

Take a boat down to Lesvos (a Greek Island)

Cruise down the Turkish coast down to the Dodecanese, a series of Islands I have fallen in love with through many vacations there.

Spend a few days in Crete.

Move on to Crete.

Take a ferry to the Holy land.

See the Sea of Galilee

Go to Iraq to see the remains of the Babylonian empire (hopefully without being blown up in the process)

See Sinai and Alexandria (Egypt).

If I could only choose one place, it would be, Mount Athos.

France.

Although I recently learned that in India and Iran they have incredibly good sweets, so I'd be tempted to go there, too!

Dror

On one of my trips to Turkey, I went to Marmaris and sampled their Turkish Delight.

It was so much nicer than the stuff we get imported.

I prefer the clear jelly stuff to the stuff with coconut sprinkles on it and rolled up.

Of course, it is extremely fattening.

Israel would be great to visit. Turkey is a beautiful country (been there for a short time) and I would like to go back -- it's the only Muslim country I would feel safe visiting. I would also like to visit Cuba and Vietnam in the not-so-distant future.
