Please share, am always looking for new quick and easy fixings for my salad bar.Thanks,MarshaPeel and de-seed some cucumbers, Shred cucumbers in a food processor and place in a colander with lots of salt and let then 'dejuice" for several hours. Wring out the cucumber pulp and mix with majo, dried onions,and season all salt. Let stand in the fridge for an hour or so and place on a freah garden tomato. I like my tomatoes peeled for this.
