Entitlement is not the same as fraud. According to the security tapes she is just lying about no breaks, so trying to extort money on fraudulent claims is a crime. It is also slander.

I've been there twice now to give them some business, since I live in the Seattle area. The commie group that is bullying this shop is completely unwarranted.
