Larry Cotrell Posted November 24, 2016 Report Posted November 24, 2016 (edited) Okay Mormonhub posters, what are you thankful for this year? I'm thankful for good health, laughter, all of my family the Lord has blessed me with, and for His continual work in my life. Psalm 100 "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations." Happy Thanksgiving to one and all!!! Edited November 24, 2016 by Larry Cotrell classylady 1 Quote

Bad Karma Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 In order: 1. I am thankful to Heavenly father, for having a plan to fix this mess we call life, his son, Jesus Christ, for making ANYTHING good possible, especially forgiveness. 2. For my wife, I can't begin to tell you how that woman has softened my hardened heart in so many ways. Even when it hurts. 3. For my family 4. For living through some of the crazy stuff I've lived through and didn't deserve to. Quote
Jojo Bags Posted December 2, 2016 Report Posted December 2, 2016 I'm thankful to be alive. Three weeks ago an elderly man did a U-turn in front of me and I hit him at 60 mph. The hood partially sheared off and came through the windshield. It struck me in the head causing a brain bleed and went on to shatter my wrist and hand. After talking to the fire dept and seeing the photos of my car, I'm still trying to figure out how I lived through the crash. Quote
Vort Posted December 2, 2016 Report Posted December 2, 2016 Holy moley, Jojo. That's horrifying. I'm very glad you're all right, too. Just_A_Guy and zil 2 Quote

Iggy Posted December 2, 2016 Report Posted December 2, 2016 I am grateful for the skilled medical personal who live and work in my county. That my husband worked hard to obtain really good medical insurance. I am grateful for my husband of 12 years. For his faith, and adherence to his covenants. For his love and concern for me. I am grateful first and foremost for the love of Heavenly Father, His Son Jesus Christ and for the gift of the Holy Ghost. That the true gospel has been restored here on earth and that it has enriched my life. I am grateful for the trials and tribulations I have gone through and grown from. For those that I will go through that I will learn and grow from them. I know it is a refiners fire and that Father is guiding and shielding me. Sunday21 1 Quote
