She has insisted on this level of protein repeatedly but ...clearly nuts! You're welcome. Also, it's not that that much protein is a bad thing, especially depending on your fitness level. I sometimes have even more than 75g in a day. However, it's usually not common to eat that much protein across 3 regular balanced meals.
