JohnsonJones Posted April 19, 2021 Report Posted April 19, 2021 I'm absolutely opposed to this action. This is the radical far left pushing this, and if they continue they are going to seriously damage their party. Most independents I think disagree with this, and they are the ones they need to cater to if they wish to continue winning elections. It politicizes the courts. Quote
mordorbund Posted April 20, 2021 Report Posted April 20, 2021 Would you support an amendment setting the number of seats for the Supreme Court? Should that number be held at 9 at it is today, or should it match the number of circuits? Quote
Still_Small_Voice Posted April 21, 2021 Report Posted April 21, 2021 I'm of the opinion the Constitution should be amended to set nine Judges on the Supreme Court. Leave it as is. The Court has been this way for over one hundred forty years. mordorbund 1 Quote

This is the radical far left pushing this Consider the following: 1) Virtually ALL of the left wing of Congress will vote for it (over 90%). 2) Virtually ALL of the left wing of the country will continue to vote for those in Congress who do so. If those two facts are present, how is the label of "radical far left" valid? "Going along with" can't be synonymous with "opposed to." NeedleinA 1 Quote
