gman2319 Posted February 26 Report Posted February 26 This is me pretty recently. The missionaries in my ward really had no idea, but they did ask me to give people rides places, and that ended up leading to a ton of good for me. One of the reasons for that was feeling legitimately helpful to people. If there's something you genuinely need help with, asking a struggling friend for help with it could do them a lot of good. I'm not going to say it's the case for everyone 100% of the time, but it absolutely was for me. LDSGator, Carborendum, pam and 1 other 3 1 Quote
mordorbund Posted February 26 Report Posted February 26 Stript, wounded, beaten nigh to death, I found him by the highway side. I roused his pulse, brought back his breath, Revived his spirit, and supplied Wine, oil, refreshment—he was healed. I had myself a wound concealed, But from that hour forgot the smart, And peace bound up my broken heart. gman2319, zil2 and pam 1 2 Quote
