There is a song about a man talking about his wife and he knows there's another man in her life... As you listen you realize he is talking about Jesus. Does anyone know that song? Who wrote it/performed it, etc.? Please let me know if u do. Thank you all

HI, I really want to help you out with your question. I'm a music buff and know alot about pop music. However in this case, I HOPE I'M WRONG. ITUNES recently offered a free download a few weeks ago.

It's a country song valled "She Left Me for Jesus" and was sung by Hayes Carll. I found a live version of the song on playlist.com. The link is

Sorry Doc, I have searched far and wide and contacted my experts on Christian music. Only one of them "kind of" remembered a song like that from way back in the 80's maybe? Is the song really that old?

One of my co-workers heard this song and wondered if it might have been what you were looking for.... I'm not sure if it is the one, but here it is. Heads up, the lyrics are not ones that I can post here.

It's called "Shazam" (but don't' quote me on the spelling). I saw a commercial for it last night, and I was really excited. Not that I have an iPhone. Or a cell phone. I just thought it was really cool.
