You are going to think I am crazy but I tried this and it worked. When I was a student I often did not get much sleep. The lack of a steady bedtime threw my sleep cycle off. I listened to a radio show on insomnia on the Canadian network, CBC. We are famous for completely humourless information shows in which they find the county's best expert on a subject and grill this person merciless for hours! Tomorrow a salute to the root vegetable! This is my country. I suffered through a whole summer of such broadcasts when I worked in rural Canada. One day we had a salute to insomnia. The researcher advised intentionally going without sleep for at least one night and going to bed at your regular time. If one night doesn't do it try two. This worked for me. We also have an incredibly low tech method of getting rid of chronic skin problems eg rashes, if anyone is interested!

Yesssss! We have our fingers crossed for you!

my Facebook lists me as being from a small town in Utah. I have never set foot in the state. I don't know what happened in this town and I don't want to know. From the reaction that I get from people this town is connected with something extremely unpleasant. I prefer not to know. Anyway, I can't change it. I have looked on the web and many people have the same problem. Can't change their hometown. From reading on the web I cannot kill my Facebook posting and start again from scratch. There are two options, a permanent deletion or a temporary one that saves the settings. Do any of you bright people have a suggestion?

I am also the designated driver! I go to bars and drink coke. No problem!
