I see the rule of law being flushed down the toilet in this nation. The street goes both ways. How many people are going to want to listen to a person who cheated their way into the office Presidency through fraud? The mountain of evidence speaks for itself. It's a sad day for Americans in my opinion.

Anyone Else Watching The Mandalorian?
Still_Small_Voice replied to Still_Small_Voice's topic in General Discussion
The Mandalorian theme music is also masterful and a delight for me to listen to. The composer Ludwig Göransson wrote it. The music is different from John William's superb music he wrote for Star Wars but on the same level of excellence in my opinion. -
I have to say I hated the trilogy of new Star Wars movies with The Rise of Skywalker movie being one of the biggest disappointments I have ever watched. But The Mandalorian has been surprising to me. I like it a lot. It is a much more simple story, the writing and plot line is very good in my opinion and they stay with the older Star Wars legacy. I was beginning to wonder if the Star Wars billion dollar industry was flushed down the toilet with The Rise of Skywalker movie but I think The Mandalorian is breathing new life into Star Wars in my opinion.

After we open presents on Christmas we take the tree and all the wrapping paper out into the back yard and burn it. As the flames rise to near their peak we sing the Johnny Cash song: Ring of Fire. All the above that I wrote is a joke and is not true.

I found out a part of my roof will likely need to be replaced in about three to four more years. Hopefully it will last longer than that. It already has a small leak but it is not that bad since it only leaks in rain and it does not rain much where I live. The price I was quoted was $6,500 and there are no shingles on this part of my roof so it will likely need to all be torn off by contractors. That part of the house is an add on to the original. So I have about three more years to save up that much more money or a large portion of it. Likely I am also going to need a new hot water heater in about two years as well since our hot water heater is likely about 8 years old. Someone already told me he could replace our hot water heater for about $1,250 which I thought was a decent price. -

Our Caribbean Cruise Lines stock sold today. We made a little over twenty percent off of it in less than 11 months. We bought in to the stock when it had crashed after the Wuhan Coronavirus hit. Too bad we put less than $350 in it. Generally I do not put a lot in to individual stocks as they are too risky and volatile for me. We definitely earned more than a bank would have paid us. Bank certificates of deposit are a joke now. They pay nearly nothing in interest. I remember back in the 1990s when some banks were paying 6% on certificates of deposit. -

I think Vortex makes better optics than Primary Arms. Both of my okay quality red dot optic sights are Primary Arms brand. -

My nine year old daughter set up the board game of Clue. On her first turn she wandered to the correct room and named the suspect with the correct weapon. She did this on her first turn. She said she did not cheat. Yep, I do not know if I believe that one. -
So what size shoes do you wear?

What is the point in a vote if they can just change the results on the machine or come up with 200,000 more ballots to stuff the box with so the person you want in can win? In most States the vote was likely mostly fair. If the voting system is not cleaned up in the problematic States the cheaters will just come back again to do it in the next election. I hope the Georgia January election for the Senate seats is fair.

Time is running out for Trump and his legal team to get all this evidence in front of Judges. They have less than twelve days now before the Electoral College votes. Over one hundred witnesses have come forward from what I have seen to swear under oath evidence of suspicious activity or voter fraud. There is so much in so many States I fear they have overloaded the system and they may get away with it. These Dominion voting machines need to go. Too many are not secure and they are connected to the Internet. It is just plain stupid to connect voting machines to the Internet. They should be on a closed secure network or on no network at all.

Life, Death and an Isotropic Universe:

Likely there was no death in the Garden of Eden or just Adam and Eve were immortal beings until they ate from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. -
I am saying this is the lie: 2. I have had dinner with Bob Hope.

Number three is the lie. I served a mission in the Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh mission, not in Georgia. I was a security officer on post at a job and fell asleep at around 01:00 or 02:00 in the morning when I was around twenty-two years old. Another officer found me asleep and instead of waking me up reported me. This ended up that it got me terminated from the job. Edit: I hate graveyard shift jobs. They are very difficult for me to stay awake at while on shift. At another job on graveyard shift I fell asleep while standing.

This has turned gross real fast. If no one else is going to continue I am. Here are my three: 1) I drove a 1990 Geo Metro with a 3 cylinder engine at 100 miles per hour. 2) I was fired from a job for being caught asleep once. 3) I served a mission in Georgia from 1994 to 1996.

Life, Death and an Isotropic Universe:

We were intelligences before we were spirits before this life. (There has not been anything revealed on what an intelligence is.) But I wonder sometimes how long we lived as spirits in the pre-existence before we came to the Earth. It could have been hundreds of thousands of years or billions of years or longer. Time does not matter as much when you do not die. -
I am guessing Mirkwood's number one statement is a lie. 1. In 1984 I had third row seats to the Iron Maiden tour. Bruce Dickinson (lead singer) threw his towel to me at the end of the show.

I changed the air filter on our Ford Fusion car today. Then I found the air filter had been changed recently. Oh well. I will put the old air filter back in when the odometer hits about 20,000 more miles. -

I just watched select scenes from one of my favorite movies that I ordered off of E-Bay on digital video disk. The movie I was watching was The Giver. -

I got all my work tickets done and out of my box at my place of employment today. We have been so busy lately I think it has been over a month since that has happened to me. And tomorrow I get a half a day off with pay. -
Life, Death and an Isotropic Universe:

It might have taken that long. It possibly could have taken ten of thousands or hundreds of thousands or millions of years for the Earth to be formed and placed where it is. We do not know. There is so much theory we cannot solve about the origin of the Earth because of our minute amount of time we have been studying and keeping records. But I do not like it when people preach that the LORD formed the Earth in six twenty-four hour periods. The physical evidence on the Earth simply does not show that. -
Here is also another idea. In my other forum there is over 235,000 looks at on a subject called: What are you doing today? Many people just post a small activity or something that happened to them that day. I think it is a great part of the other forum I am on.
-
I think this is the main reason these forums are dwindling. Personally, I hate Facebook and Twitter and I refuse to join or become a part of the big conglomerate that wishes to push their own political agenda and sells your personal information to advertisers. There is another forum I am a member of but it mainly deals with firearms. I should invite my brother to join these forums.

It is so nice to have five days off in a row. I am grateful for the time off from my job that I like most days. My co-workers supervisors and the work load are usually great. I am also grateful for good music that can help my ease my mind and give flavor to my life.

I did that on FreeRepublic.com. My mind got tired of the general overall mean spirit of the members of the site and I left. Occasionally I will visit the website but it is a very rare day and I do not linger long.
