lestertheemt Posted January 1, 2009 Report Posted January 1, 2009 Instead of making the goal - - exercise more, I am planning on doing a mini-triathlon in June. With that goal in mind, I will be working out a lot more!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote
pam Posted January 1, 2009 Report Posted January 1, 2009 I will give this more thought myself....but one goal comes to mind....would like to see my Rams win a game in 2009....maybe they can do it....more later....:) Let me help Pale out here. My 2009 goal is: I promise to be so much nicer to Pammy and learn to spell her name correctly. Quote
pam Posted January 1, 2009 Report Posted January 1, 2009 Pam, I am so happy for you, going to the temple has being one of most spiritual experiences for me.My goal for the 2009 is to go to the temple at least once a month, the beautiful temple in La Jolla is only about 30 minutes from where I live. Rain That temple is the most beautiful of all of them in my opinion. Quote

BenRaines Posted January 1, 2009 Report Posted January 1, 2009 Pam, you let me know what temple and what time and I will do all I can to be there. Ben Raines Quote
BenRaines Posted January 1, 2009 Report Posted January 1, 2009 As for resolutions, lets see 200 lbs bench press is a good goal. I know it is a male macho type goal. Sadly I have seen lots of fat guys who can bench press 200 lbs. Another type gym guy we were talking about in the gym the other day was they guy who only works arms and chest but has little chicken legs. They look so funny. If you are going to workout make sure you look good in a pair of shorts too. Working out should be all muscle groups and not just arms or chest or whatever. Ben Raines Quote
