Churchmouse
I'm posting from the beautiful rolling hills of southeastern Ohio. Would like to say Hi to everyone. I've been a member of the Church since May of 1979. My wife and I have three grown children and live on a small (very small by Utah standards) farm. I am a teacher, retiring this year. We plan to start a new career as fruit farmers. My 101 year old bedridden father lives with us which keeps us pretty close to home. Look forward to traveling with circumstances allow. We attend a large branch about 20 miles from our home. I know that Jesus Christ lives and that the Church is true.
InnerGold
Welcome, I understand remaining close to home. We had my grandpa living with us for about 6 months at 93 yrs. until he passed away. I am so glad we did! Great blessings come to those who love their parents and grand parents.

Churchmouse
Hello there Churchmouse; welcome to the site. :)One of my trivia questions to my students is, What is the largest state, in area, east of the Mississippi? I usually get answers like, Pennsylvania, Florida or Maine. The correct answer is, of course, Georgia.

Churchmouse
That's the way folks talk around here. I'm twenty miles from West Virginia and thirty from Kentucky. Afterall, the guy that wrote "Dixie" was from Ohio. Is that south enough;)

Giant_Son
The Athens area is really nice. I toured the University of Ohio once. I'm from the South, so I'm used to hearing "y'all".
