Understandable! I guess my first posting being one that asks for help in private to seem pretty suspicious.

The deal is that I'm hoping to find advice on my current situation with a relationship but I'll just ask in public seeing as that is what FORUMS are for :)

How do I find out the specifics on physical intimacy and what is appropriate? How do I know what is going 'too far' etc?

I think it depends on the type of relationship you have. Is it a marriage relationship or dating/engaged relationship? And yes, I believe you can go "too far" in marriage relationships.

and jennvan, it's a dating/engaged relationship. I was not an active member when I fell in love, now I have a testimony for the first time.

My view is don't do anything you wouldn't do infront of your mother :)

And...the only thing I can think of that would be innaproprite in a marriage relationships is bringing another person into the mix.

Well I certainly wouldn't have intimate relations with a spouse in front of my mother..so that statement doesn't entirely work.

I have a slightly different rule. I won't do anything in private that I wouldn't do in public. It's served me well. I've never gotten in trouble. :)
