Guest Posted October 31, 2015 Report Posted October 31, 2015 We have: Me as a scarecrowOne that's too cool for Halloween, and her dad, being themselves. One unicorn (consisting of a Pinkie Pie hoodie with mane, and a plastic corn cob as the horn). One "evil" fairy (just means she's wearing black, I guess). One knightOne kitty I'm pretty proud of all of them. I told them I wouldn't be buying costumes this year, so they came up with their own with things around the house. Like we used to do. :) I think they've even had more fun. Quote
Just_A_Guy Posted October 31, 2015 Report Posted October 31, 2015 Our 5 kids will be the 5 emotions from "Inside Out". Only $ we spent was about $10 at Wal-Mart for various colored hair sprays. beefche 1 Quote

David13 Posted October 31, 2015 Report Posted October 31, 2015 Well, I suppose this would be a good time for me to say, oh, I wish I had kids, or grandkids, or great grandkids, for that matter. But I'm happy with my cats. They are quite enough for me, and they wear their costumes all year long.dc The Folk Prophet, Jane_Doe and Backroads 3 Quote

Vort Posted November 1, 2015 Report Posted November 1, 2015 My youngest was NOT Harry Potter, as he was last year. Rather, he was just himself -- Vortling V, Hogwarts student -- dressed in his normal, everyday Ravenclaw House robes. He informed several people that he was, in fact, not HP and not even in his same House. Two or three of them even understood what he was saying, which I found pretty impressive. My 14-year-old daughter was a cowgirl. That girl does not realize how beautiful she is, and her naivete and cluelessness about such things add to her charm. Long blond hair done into two large braids, cowboy boots, the whole schtick. She was adorable. Jane_Doe and Backroads 2 Quote
Guest Posted November 2, 2015 Report Posted November 2, 2015 No costumes this year. My 14 year old was gonna be Arno from Assassin's Creed but he wanted the cosplay costume and his dad refused to shell out $300 for it. Quote
