mirkwood Posted January 10, 2016 Report Posted January 10, 2016 (edited) Can you give us some story/history background for your campaign? What level are we starting out? I'll have a character later tonight. Most likely a fighter. Edited January 10, 2016 by mirkwood Quote
mirkwood Posted January 10, 2016 Report Posted January 10, 2016 Croaker Human CG Fighter S 18I 11W 11C 15D 14Ch 12 Do you do 2 for one on stats? If you don't understand my question that means no. Do we buy equipment? I haven't played 3.0 or later versions. Do I get the percentage roll as a fighter for 18 strength? Roll hit points? Quote
Ironhold Posted January 11, 2016 Author Report Posted January 11, 2016 3.0 has no percentile. And you're free to go and buy your own gear. Quote
jerome1232 Posted January 11, 2016 Report Posted January 11, 2016 How are we rolling stats? 3d6, 4d6 take lowest away, 28 or 32 point buy? Quote

Vort Posted January 13, 2016 Report Posted January 13, 2016 I'm wondering if the half-elf part is divided down the middle, right/left style. If he's half hobbit, that could present serious mechanical problems. Same with front/back, but moreso. Or maybe it's top/bottom, which would be both weird and cool. Quote

I've been playing Dnd for twenty years and never thought about that. That's awesome. Quote

His parents just feel bad for creating something so ugly. They gave him a bag of random stuff they bought off a traveling merchant and told him it was all magic gear and encouraged him to recover a family artifact from some kobolds a few miles out of the city. The parents are hoping he doesn't manage to survive. Oh right, I'm not the DM. Lucky for Croaker. Edited January 14, 2016 by jerome1232 Quote
Ironhold Posted January 14, 2016 Author Report Posted January 14, 2016 Yeah - let's keep it to just what a person could purchase using starting assets please. Quote
mirkwood Posted January 14, 2016 Report Posted January 14, 2016 My background story isn't reasonable? Croaker is a human, not a mutant troll. Quote
