Sup Seam, Bruh, I don't know. Like a bunch of women in really tight tank tops serve you wings or the other crappy food they have on the menu. My Bro Gator used it in his example. So I used it in mine. I still wouldn't open one. If staring at women's bosoms is no big deal to you then I am afraid there is nothing else to say here. Quote

Are you under the impression that when you go into a Hooters restaurant there's a rule that says, you must stare at the servers' bosoms to get served? I'm sure there are no such rules. I'd bet they'd be happy to serve you if you treated them with respect no matter what they are wearing. M. Quote

Overwatch Posted June 7, 2018 Report Posted June 7, 2018 (edited) I have no idea how the restraunt became the main focus but I really like these two comments from Reddit: "It commodifies women's bodies as background decoration for a restaurant that is otherwise basically just Applebee's." "I would say it commodifies women's bodies as foreground decoration. No one goes to Hooters for the fries. If people go to Hooters, it's because they want to be able to stare at and enjoy the explicit availability of women's bodies while also having a burger." Edited June 7, 2018 by Overwatch * Quote

In that light, I googled: Quote Telling someone to "get wrecked" (in the context of a game) can be similar to telling someone to "go kill yourself." Implicit in the imperative is that the person it's directed at is so bad or that the commentator hates them so much that they ought to just go kill or wreck themselves. Of course, as is common with slang, it is often used with heavy amounts of irony or non-seriousness. It can also be used as a standard imperative instructing the interlocutor to get wrecked or destroyed. The slight irony here is that you give the imperative after the wrecking has already happened. https://english.stackexchange.com/questions/310986/how-does-one-get-rekt Quote WHEN SOMEONE JUST GOT BEAT AT SOMETHING, USUALLY THEIR BEST ACTIVITY OR SPORT, PEOPLE WILL OFTEN USE THIS TERM TO BE MEAN IN SUCH A WAY. The women is tight tank tops and short shorts are just a bonus. mdfxdb 1 Quote
