HaggisShuu Posted Monday at 06:53 PM Report Posted Monday at 06:53 PM https://youtu.be/4oy8joWxouM I can't believe I was never taught this in Sunday School and that the Church has never made it publicly available. I was only able to find this after I started to question my faith and spent YEARS researching and deconstructing my faith, by reading through scholarly sources such as r/exmormon and reading the subtitles of the CES letter. I now see it so clearly, the church is a SCAM run by DEMONIC SATANISTS. I will now be joining the congregation of his Holiness Pastor Benny Hinn. I share this information so that everybody else can be freed from this EVIL CULT. The Folk Prophet, MrShorty and zil2 3 Quote

How did I not see that before? It was extraterrestrials all along!!! It's so clear now. Joseph Smith was actually the person that Indiana Jones was based on!!! So, when do we get to meet the giant spaghetti monster? I'm hungry. MrShorty and HaggisShuu 2 Quote
MrShorty Posted Tuesday at 12:01 AM Report Posted Tuesday at 12:01 AM (edited) That explains the difficulties we've had in finding anyplace on Earth that fits the geography described in the Book of Mormon. It was never on Earth. For those who refuse to comply with the church's request to not speculate about BoM geography, can we now start speculating about stellar arrangements? The Pleiades were the land northward, the Hyades were the land southward, figure out some "narrow neck of stars" in between, with suitable dark nebula for the River Sidon. This opens up all kinds of new speculations to fight over. Edit to add star chart of Taurus: Edited Tuesday at 12:04 AM by MrShorty zil2 and Carborendum 2 Quote

When GAs talk about "priesthood power" few know that it is actually the force they reference. Edited Tuesday at 07:43 AM by HaggisShuu MrShorty and zil2 2 Quote
MrShorty Posted Tuesday at 05:29 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 05:29 PM According to the scripture canon, the events of Star Wars occurred in a galaxy far, far away. The Pleiades is one of the closest star clusters to us at only ~450 ly away, in our own spiral arm of the Milky Way. Unless of course, we want to argue that isles of the sea colonized by the people of Hagoth at the end of Alma really refers to island universes floating in the heavenly expanse. Now there's an interesting suggestion. That not only did Book of Mormon people figure out interstellar travel, but they also figured out intergalactic travel. My mind is so blown, that I may not be good for anything else the rest of the day. SilentOne, zil2 and mordorbund 3 Quote
