The house is still up for grabs. If republicans get to 218, Trump will have a blank check for the next 2 years.

You might be surprised. The good doctors work and help people. Some surgeons are so bad with their hands or thought processes that they stop patient care and work for insurance companies reviewing care and denying care. Some go into education (not all). If you can’t do - then teach. And some lose hospital privileges due to poor care, personality disorders, etc. and become administrators. I have witnessed it all and worse. If you think that an education provides morals and ethics think again. When my first child was in utero our first OB/Gyn doctor asked if we wanted to give it up for adoption. We were in school at the time, her in Law School & I in undergrad. And we had been sealed in the temple 2 years prior. I almost punched him in the mouth. For 2 other of our 11 children the Physician recommended we get an amniocentesis so we could make a better decision if we needed an abortion. We chose to change physicians. All of our children were born healthy. If one of our children had been born with a defect or syndrome we would have loved it just the same. So yes, just because a person had a MD or passed a Board Certification in the past does not mean that they have your best interest in mind. The current chief of staff of my small hospital is not board certified. She drives me crazy. And I know many surgeons that I wouldn’t let them touch my pet let alone a family member or friend. Be careful out there. Have you ever felt uneasy after having visited a car mechanic and being told you needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs? Get a second opinion if you have misgivings.

Called it. Kamala can’t win without taking Pennsylvania. It’s over. Elon Musk > Taylor Swift
-
The democratic party campaign just dismissed the headquarters and Kamala won’t be giving any statements until tomorrow. Y’all go home. The party is rockin at Mar-a-lago.

Looks good for Trump at the moment. He is killing in the popular vote by 5M Senate Republicans have 51 seats and may win more. I won’t miss Chuck Schummer. I’m unsure about the House… But the supreme court is conservative and likely will be so for a decade, maybe longer.

Senate just turned Republican.

Yup. The majority of people that are toting Satan’s plan don’t realize that they are doing wrong. They usually don’t really look into the propaganda that they are repeating with glee. Although Satan’s propaganda is a lie, the people that repeat the propaganda don’t understand the consequences of the disinformation. See Korihor. Get woke.

You are correct. I should never underestimate the foolishness and stupidity of mankind.

Just heard an ABC newscaster report a democratic sense of desperate enthusiasm. Is that a good thing?
-
Gonna be a crazy day. So many lies and disinformation. They are showing minimal to no lines at any of the voting sites.

I doubt it. From my understanding of the linked articles. The doctors are using the legal argument as an excuse not to treat a patient because they don’t want to treat the patient at all. If the patient had good insurance, were presentable, and agreeable they would have been treated… No doctor is dumb enough to think they will be prosecuted for cleaning out necrotic tissue from a uterus. Surgeons document every procedure with clear explanations of pathology, incisions made, cultures taken, material removed, blood loss etc. This is for legal requirements and to allow the documentation to justify the billing of the procedure.

I don’t speak for all doctors. I’m not a member of the AMA. There are physicians in my community that have multiple divorces and nice houseboats, toys etc. They tend to make poor decisions in my opinion. They refuse to see some patients due to their insurance coverage. And perform surgery on some patients that do not need surgery. If a person shows up to this kind of office with a retained partial miscarriage and do not have insurance. Or if they are overweight, homeless, have the look of polysubstance abuse, etc. They will likely be turned away at the office door and may be given an excuse like we do not perform abortions here. Many doctors can be compared to auto mechanics with loose morals.

No read the articles. If you know you are pregnant then intentionally cause harm to the fetus via intentional drug overdose or asking someone to punch you in the abdomen to kill the fetus. You are talking about something other than a medical abortion Also if you have a miscarriage and then flush the baby down the toilet to hide it from your family you could get charged with abuse of a corpse. These are not abortions. Once again. Classic straw man argument. I cant believe that any MD would refuse to remove non-viable product of conception (miscarriage with whole or partial remains of the dead fetus or placenta that remain within the uterus). Thats malpractice. That is the main reason to do a dilation and curettage. I see it all the time at my Catholic hospital. just because a stupid idiot of a malpractice physician refuses to perform a necessary procedure dosent mean that a licensed and board certified OB/Gyn surgeon would do the same. Straw man argument. Don’t be fooled.

Name the cases. And let me know how often that these cases occur. I’m a MD and I can’t think of any. Ectopic (eg tubal) pregnancies & culling extra fetus after infertility treatments that cause multiple eggs to mature in a single menstrual cycle are not classified as abortions. Doctors do not treat ectopic pregnancies termination as an abortion. And most of them end in miscarriage anyway. The multiple pregnancies that are caused by infertility treatments are not considered as abortions either. We classify them as selective reduction. It’s a classic straw man argument. Abortion CPT codes: Injections before 20 weeks: 59850–59852 Suppositories before 20 weeks: 59855–59857 Medication abortion: S0199, which includes all associated services and supplies except the drugs Mifepristone: S0190, which is the oral dose of the abortion pill Induced abortion by dilation and curettage: 59840 (6.76 RVU) Incomplete abortion completed surgically: 58912 (9.35 RVU) Ectopic pregnancy treatment CPT code: 59150 (24 RVU): Laparoscopic treatment of an ectopic pregnancy without a salpingectomy and/or oophorectomy RVU (Relative Value Unit) - 2024 conversion factor is $32.74 So, for each D&C performed planned parenthood makes 6.76 x 32.74 = $221 Treatment of an ectopic pregnancy is worth $785 How do you think that the doctors will code the procedure?

I think it’s just a hamstring. Probably just needs to take a couple weeks off. But yeah y’all were looking great. And I was looking forward to seeing the same dismantling of Texas. 🤞🏻

Great Gator Bulldog game.

I can no longer support this White House. This is the last straw that broke this camel’s back. And why are we using camels to carry our straw?

For a self proclaimed expert to charge Brigham Young with the origin of polygamy is nonsense. We don’t have enough information about the ban on priesthood. And we shouldn’t judge the early saints based upon our current understanding of racism. Adam-God is still a conundrum of a line of thought. I think that Brigham Young heard something that Joseph Smith Shared with him that he confused. But to act like Adam-God theory was the only teaching the Brigham Young taught is hateful and just wrong. We all owe him a debt of gratitude. As well as all the other prophets of the Lord. Go BYU! -
I was pretty busy with High School sports, and my stake in southern Dallas, Texas was pretty isolated. When I was a Junior in HS, I did play a few games for the ward team though. And I was a wrecking ball. I hadn't played much team basketball, mostly football and I could high jump 6' 4" at that time. I remember that they called a technical foul on me after a dunk. I lost interest after that. Basketball in the MTC was a blast though.

Man, it's hard to follow Joseph Smith. If you have a good understanding of all the celestial experiences and insight that Joseph Smith possessed you recognize that if he had a question, he would essentially ask for an answer and receive direct revelation. Visits from God himself, Angelic messengers, Urim and Thummin, word-for-word revelation, it goes on and on. And then Brigham Young takes the helm and much of the constant direct revelation stops. Brigham has to lean on the limited revelation that he receives and process that with the insights he learned from Joseph. It would be like you or I taking over the Kansas City Chiefs QB position after Patrick Mahomes got injured. It would be a very bumpy ride. Like Joshua following Moses. Big shoes to fill. Is it ok for Brigham Young to make some mistakes? Sure. I would have done much worse myself. Should we be critical and speak evil about him? No. Should we recognize that he was in a difficult situation? Yeah. Don't candy-coat his history. Recognize it for what it was. -
I’ve had a similar experience. Ether 12:6 And now, I, Moroni, would speak somewhat concerning these things; I would show unto the world that faith is things which are hoped for and not seen; wherefore, dispute not because ye see not, for ye receive no witness until after the trial of your faith. D&C 67:10 And again, verily I say unto you that it is your privilege, and a promise I give unto you that have been ordained unto this ministry, that inasmuch as you strip yourselves from jealousies and fears, and humble yourselves before me, for ye are not sufficiently humble, the veil shall be rent and you shall see me and know that I am—not with the carnal neither natural mind, but with the spiritual.

Rye bread, Swiss cheese, Pastrami, sauerkraut, Russian dressing. I like Swiss cheese. But I’m not very fond of rye bread, pastrami, sauerkraut or Russian dressing. But I love a Ruben sandwich. Is that weird? Anyone else have the same experience? Or can you think of something made from items you don’t really care for - that in combination becomes excellent? And it’s pastrami not corned beef. And Russian not Thousand Island dressing. Corned beef is Irish. Pastrami originates from Romania. And the Ruben sandwich is a Jewish American dish. Go figure…
