Elphie, do you consider it questionable marketing when I mention my wife's book here or on facebook? I don't think I've ever misrepresented that she is my wife. I never provide a link to her website since I was given an infraction due to the cover of The Proviso. Just wondered.

Bullied? no...beat up? yes. I lived in "the barrio" about 40 miles east of LA. The in the tract housing we lived in there were only 3 families of my race. I had to run home many times because I would be cornered by a group of teens (other 7-8 graders)who would make a circle and tell me I was going to let X kid (wearing a white t-shirt with a pendleton over it with just the top button buttoned and chino pants) beat me up. If I didn't let him without fighting back then they would all do it. Many times I ran into someones yard seeking asylum, but most times it was to no avail.

I had a UPPP or UP3, in which they removed part of my soft palette, my uvula, tonsils, and fixed my extremely deviated septum. It helped. Last study I was down to 70 events per hour.

Ambien didnt work for me. I have sleep apnea, too but i don't use a machine, as i couldn't fall asleep with the mask on. i would lie in bed all night freaking out about the mask on my face. I use nyquil or benadryl...cheap walmart brands that is. i switch off between them. i get about 6 hrs a night.

been using Firefox for about 7 years now.
