  1. That is a good one. There are plenty of quotes telling the membership to put food storage into their homes. Most are willfully ignoring that counsel. They WILL rue the day...
  2. Heh, heh, heh...hurts doesn't it? Here is me being tased in training.
  3. Something is better than nothing. 3 days ain't gonna cut it either.
  4. I'm still unvaxxed and unafraid. I had covid at least twice, probably several more times. Around exposure number six or seven at work we all quit tracking how often. I would guess I easily clear a hundred exposures that I know of while working. Only reason I didn't go to work when I tested positive was the mandatory quarantines that outlasted my symptoms by days. Worst symptom? A weird headache for a day or so and one of the times for about 7-10 days I got winded easily. That completely went away after about 2-3 weeks back at the gym. I think there was a lot of shady business going on with the whole thing.
  5. I watch this stuff all the time. Stocks are low and prices generally are high. If you (the general you) have waited til now to start....well, start, but you are in a bad place and better get after it while you still can.
  6. Augason Farms is another good option (they were purchased by EE.)
  7. You can do the same through the links at my blog. They look like they mostly sell Emergency Essentials products.
  8. I don't know about pick up in person. I suspect you cannot because they produce them by the case.
  9. I've been telling people for decades to get their food storage. Last fall our SP decided it was important enough that he dragged me with him through the stake speaking about the topic in each ward. If you need some help/ideas: Easy Preparedness: Why Food Storage and Emergency Preparedness? (preppercop.blogspot.com) Or feel free to reach out to me privately.
  10. @NeuroTypicalI've been planning on watching that one. I haven't yet.
  11. Talented guitarist for sure. Wasn't a fan of his music.
  12. Most recent numbers I could find show that West Virginia is #1 in antidepressant prescriptions. Utah came in at #16.
  13. I've been in a few nasty fights at work with people who were "just on marijuana."
  14. Oh I am too in regards to social media. I'm not supportive of the false narrative pacifists use about the People of Ammon.
  15. They were, but the pacifists use that as part of their argument. Oh, I would rather be killed like the People of Ammon then pick up the sword. They were so converted that they would just die instead. smh
  16. Most people who go down the, "well the People of Ammon were pacifists" path literally ignore that a) the Nephites put their army between them and the Lamanites, b) they provided food to sustain that army, c), they were about to dig up their weapons and go fight (they were pretty good at warfare) and d) they ended up sending their sons, aka Sons of Helaman, out to fight. There are sooooo many holes in using them as an example of what to do in the face of violence against you.
  17. Do you think we shouldn't desire or support that happening?
