Yes. You are correct. In bad road conditions, reduce your speed. For example, the snow falls and lots of people who drive 4 wheel drive vehicles think they can stop just because they can go.

lol That reminds me of my meddling in laws. They spent several years making sure everyone knew how horrible we were because we did not have children according to thier time frame (immediately). I made sure my MIL "overheard" me tell my sister in law that we had finally gotten the test results back from the doctor. "Yep, confirmed I have no sperm count." You should have seen the look of horor...heh heh heh (evil snicker).

Don't go in and change all the HT assignments. You won't fix your HT problem that way. Leave the ones that are working alone (i.e. leave their families as they are) and try to find a way to get those who don't go to get a testimony of HT.
