I did a couple months as a janitor at my old high school when I moved back to town while looking for something permanent.
Girls locker room had an exterior door, but the light switch was by the interior hallway door.  Crossing that room in the dark, and <SQUISH>.
I never hoped so much that I had stepped on a dead small animal.  No such luck, though.

    Okay for real...
    1. Using a ROKU device allows you to get BYUtv and Mormon Channel on your regular TV for free!
    2. When giving your testimony take an extra kleenex. At the end of the year you have 12 FREE kleenexs!
    3. Keep one of the sacrament cups for your kids after the water gets passed around. Great for making noise/entertainment all during Sacrament meeting.
    4. If you are a Brother, don't get tricked into cleaning the Woman's bathroom on church cleaning days. 2-3 times worse in there than the men's bathroom!
    5. Count the number of stacked tables before you attempt a running ram job under the stage... your gut and legs will thank you later.
    6. Offer up free candy on Fast Sunday, wait a little while and then call out all the sinners as they forget it is fast Sunday and start munching down.
    7. Ask which YW or YM need service hours... boom! Free babysitters

Have you invited those you're worried about to read the website?  (I don't know what else to recommend.  Either they'll read it or they won't.  The most anyone else can do is encourage them to learn more, and continue to affirm that the church's position is one of compassion.)

In many cases, people either hear what they want to hear (the negative) or sometimes are simply too lazy to dig any deeper and educate themselves to the truth. In other instances, individuals hear what other people or members have to say and then mistakenly identify those ideas as though it is actual Church policy/doctrine. Also in other cases, yes, the Church has a policy or stance that others simply don't like and therefore call it "rotten and poisonous".
I suppose any random blogger can post whatever they want. Just because they toss out the bait or cry "fire over there" doesn't mean we have to give them the attention they want or take their bait.

I found it helpful in my empathy towards the challenges of others. The fact of the matter is we all struggle with something. We are all on a path to change/better something in our lives. The fact is I believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ and that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is his church. Because of my solid testimony, when perceived issues arise, my first instinct is to figure out how this works in harmony with the Gospel and educate myself on aspects of the concern rather than attempt to bend the Church's will to coincide with my own way of thinking.

IMO, unless one is a judge in Israel, one cannot make that decision about another person.  We can know what is true from studying the scriptures and words of modern prophets.  We can testify of the truth.  We can treat all of our brothers and sisters with the kind of love the Savior teaches us to show (or try to), without condoning sinful behavior.  But determination of apostasy belongs to those with keys.
It seems to me that this woman's comments reflect a lack of understanding of the complex interaction between several principles and she's been deceived into believing her reaction is the only way a loving person could respond to those who are suffering in relation to this issue.  This is one of Satan's greatest tricks - to present us with a false, only-2-options choice where one way is obviously evil and the other appears good but is really just another form of evil.  The apparent difference between the two "options", and the fervor around the issue prevent many from seeing that there are other options, and so they pick the one which appears good, not realizing that what they're picking is just as evil as the other.

Mock the idea however you like -- take care not to fall out the window of that great and spacious building -- but yes, I do indeed believe that God reveals such things to us. President Monson believed that God helped him to find the $10 he earned as a child. Even with people being slaughtered and children being raped and sold into slavery and all sorts of unspeakable awfulness being perpetrated upon innocents, God still helped Tommy Monson to find his lost $10. The $10 may not be important, but Tommy Monson learning to hear and hearken to God's voice is.

More than one of us has had the location of the lost item revealed to us (as LP's post shows).  Maybe those who had to continue searching for a time (rather than having the location revealed to them) were given help to have the patience or persistence to keep looking.  Maybe in some cases it was "coincidence".  But there have been many who have had undeniable help in finding exactly what we were seeking.  If you don't believe that this can happen, it's to your detriment, not the believers'.

Highly doubtful; what woman would want a man who really is always right and really can walk on water?
    Besides:

I have nothing helpful to contribute to this topic, but it appears you all are cooking hot over here! There I was minding my own business watching the news about a Cheeseburger Stabbing and the scroll on the bottom said "HOT!" thread so I popped over to see what was going on.

I'll only address number 1. For me no and this is why it is wrong and cheap.
Movies make most of their money from the concessions, yeah we complain about high ticket prices but the theaters don't make as much as you think on those. If the price of candy and soda is to high don't buy it. Or go less often so that you can buy a bag of popcorn and a soda.  If you still think the price is to high it sounds like you can't afford to go to the movies and need to rethink your entertainment choices.
Someone tell me what's the conversation you have with your kids when you explain why you have to sneak candy into a movie? Why is it ok to sneak food into a movie theatre but not a restaurant?
It's wrong and unethical. If your doing it stop.

Just a note on the op questions. all of these involve some level of dishonesty, save for maybe the last item on the list, which is more an issue of division or lack of courtesy.

I share some accounts only with those who are living in the same house, and even then its pretty limited.

I dont take food or drinks to cinema out of courtesy to other people more than the house rules. Conversely theres a special place in the ninth ring of heck for those who do.
