That is not a historical definition (hysterical perhaps) Individuals rights are what true conservatives (as opposed to RINO's)are all about. Liberals place society way above individuals. -
I doubt I would, but that's just because of how colleges and grants work. But then I am the type that pays tithing on net and then also on my tax return due to how much $ the government wastes and uses on things I don't agree with - and no I don't want to debate that with anyone. God and I agreed on the Net method years ago and I continue to get confirmation of that at tithing settlement each year. your mileage may vary

Actually I am more Libertarian which is a whole different animal. I believe the government is wayyy too big and has its nose into things it has no business being in. BTW I only agreed with 3 items from your quiz and 1 of them (smoking) is because I have lung problems and would like to see it outlawed everywhere, along with perfume, cologne, air 'fresheners' and really bad b.o. - if you found it very hard to get enough oxygen into your bloodstream, you'd no doubt agree with me, I have gotten up and moved in Church when someone wearing too much smelly stuff sits near me -

Liberal and Democrat are similar but not exactly equal the same with Conservative and Republican Democrat is a political party usually espousing Liberal objectives Republican is a political party usually espousing Conservative objectives William F Buckley defined the role of government from a Conservative point of view as: John F Kennedy defined Liberal as: The main problem I see today is that Republican and Democrats do not follow the above conservative and liberal definitions. Today (with a few exceptions) its all about getting and keeping their power. -
Some cities are not conducive to riding bikes, in Dallas you'd get run off most roads. And its hard to ride when its 100+ most days during the summer. Nevertheless some people do it. - - - $6K for a bike. I thought my $150 bike was expensive, but then its just for pleasure riding within the neighborhood, I'd never take it on a major road here as I'm not ready to meet my maker yet.

They are not awful at all, with the environmental standards as they are today, pollution from coal plants is at an all time low.

Sounds like someone choose poorly. -
The problem with oil is that we have to depend on foreign sources, whereas coal and natural gas, we are completely self sufficient here in the U.S. Most city people and even a lot of country people could get along with today's electric cars just fine and then the once or twice a year they need more could rent a gas powered car. Then we wouldn't have to buy oil from countries that hate us. Heck, I don't drive 100 miles a week since I live 7 miles from work and 2 blocks from a grocery store and a couple of strip malls

In my opinion NO, God doesn't get involved in that area, we are expected to be wise servants not need to be commanded in all things. I think there are probably hundreds or even thousands of people we could marry and if we were true to our Covenants and worked on the marriage would have a very happy marriage with any of them. I think its just wishful thinking by the person that says "God told me to marry you (or break up with you)" and shake my head at the manipulation going on when someone says that.

The Oklahoma dealer has them on clearance for $9,995 and $8,995 Even at that I'd have to tow them home since the nearest dealer (Oklahoma) is 300+ miles away

You might try one of the LDS dating sites. -
First calling Sunday School President about 6 months or so after I was baptized. Favorite calling: LDS Chaplin at a Federal Prison. I was the Churches representative at this prison and went there each Sunday for an hour and a half to teach a class (Gospel Principles) and counsel the men.

3 things with a qualifier first: Qualifier - There are enough ways to avoid pregnancy that a woman should never be in this position 1. The Supreme Court has already spoken on this in Roe v Wade, it'll be overturned. 2. The very women who would have an abortion are not really the ones I want raising the next generation. 3. Some of you are trying to take choice away from others, even when its the wrong choice, who else tried that a long time ago?

Perhaps donate a metronome for her. Have it appear on her organ one Sunday
-
Perhaps you could volunteer to play the organ, learning 3-4 songs every week and getting them right. Look I hate songs played like funeral dirges also, but is your organist even capable of playing correctly? Its not like he or she is a professional.

We always have a jokes page in the Wards newsletter, this one was in it this month: Q: How do we know that Adam was a Mormon? A: Because only a Mormon could stand next to a naked woman and be tempted by a piece of fruit.

I am not a liberal as you seem to be inferring. I study the issues and the candidates positions and vote for the person rather than the party, most times it is the Conservative or Libertarian party candidate, occasionally (very seldom) its not. Coulters "Criticism of the left and liberalism" as you call it meets my requirements as Hate Speech as it crosses the boundaries of mere opinion and delves into the irrational - and Yes, there are people on BOTH sides that are like that.
