In the rare instances where I've heard of it happening, they usually pull the person aside ask their concern and I suppose, go from there. Every story I've heard the person returns ready to sustain.

I believe Joseph's experience in Egypt is a type and shadow of the last days. How is the Noah story confusing? Or the result of 2 writers combining stories? The story states 2 of each unclean animal and 7 of each clean animal. I don't see this as a contradiction that points to two separate authors.

That was before the worldwide flood. The names Noah gave to things when he landed wouldn't just be names he made up out of the blue. He and his sons would name things they saw as similar to what they had before the flood. Just like the pilgrims named things after things in the Old World when they landed here.
