This a game they play going arouind to other boards doing the same kinds of things......they have way too much time on there hands.....

We have a couple of Bishops in our Stake that have facial hair.....they have never been asked to remove it.....thats interesting.....I do know Stake Presidents have more authority in their stakes now tha before...perhaps it might be the Stake Presidents suggestion.

I don't know if this will help or not.....they have a great program for nursery but it comes down to the person or persons in there.....if they follow it ....nursery is great....they should have 2 people or more in there....I know they don't change diapers and I believe if a child is crying and they can't get them to calm down then they are suppose to take them to a parent......I know we all joke about this.....if I ever got released from my present calling I would love to work in the nursery....

I have often read posts here regarding Bishops since being a member of this site.....now I have a question.....Does anyone ever have a positive expierence with their Bishop????.......seems I read alot of negative comments about a Bishop on this board.........

I understand what everyone is saying......but I personally think its just as dangerous for an 18 yr females to be out and about in this country....do I make my daughter stay home....no.....but we are all concerned for out kids no matter where they go....you can't predict the future....

and if we go by what you said all females should stay at home for fear of the same thing happening

I know I will get kicked for this but, here goes... You say it's amazing. I say it's insane. Why does the LDS church (who supposedly 'watches out' for its females by not letting them be in a local meetinghouse without a man) think it's OK to send females to a country where rape is so commonplace? if we go by what you just said....there would be no female missionaries from any faith....and while we are at it...lets stop sending all missionaries to any place where they might be shot......I could go on and on with this.......lets just give up and call it quits......

I knew someone who was Atheist once....he gave it up....not enough holidays......don't worry....I won't quit my day job.......

If I were the new Bishop.......I would try to call the old Bishop and have a chat with him.......

there are no notes with church records about why someone moved....all you can do is make a request that the new Bishop calls you......

I am all for Sister Missionaries going on Missions ......they are really great at what they do .....however....I think its dangerous for all Sisters anywhere in the world.......

I did not get to attend the London Temple.......my Mission was in the Northern part and no one asked me if I wanted to go.....I left before the Royal Wedding.......1981

I think the worse thing to punish a kid with today...take away computer ....video games....cd's etc...now that gets their attention.
