As I am on the phone letting the police know I think there is an impaired driver on the road... Luckily I'm generally on a bike, there's no way your keeping me from simply going around you. You or the person you are forcing to slow down, could easily get rear ended like this. Because I'm generally on a bike, driving that can get people killed makes a bit red in the face.

She is the same person that was previously making a stink about the holocaust victims and Jewish celebrities being baptized. Now that searches for these individuals have been cut off she is apparently taking other angles.

See everytime I try a red hat based distro, I miss apt-get to much to give them a fair chance, I did like OpenSuse though. I'd personally recomend something lightweight like crunchbang, or puppy. I run Lubuntu (Ubuntu with LXDE instead of Gnome3) and it runs great on my netbook. The LDS software repo would be amazing, or even a ppa. I just don't know of any lds oriented open-source software.

You created a brand new Admin account, it could update (meaning permissions were intact and working) you logged off, the next time you logged in the permissions were messed up for the new account. It just smells fishy to me, if this were my computer, I would suspect that my system was compromised, rooted, and/or backdoored. That basically means a malicious peice of software compromised your system, then covered all it's tracks and made a way for your box to be accessed and controlled at someone's whim. With your box being very behind on updates it stands to reason it would have been susceptible to known exploits which may allow this kind of thing to happen. Just because your computer passes a virus scan does not mean it's clean. It's also possible something is just wrong with your computers configuration, my Windows knoweldge isn't very high so I can't really add much to help with checking that.
