  1. Lots of white but very tastefully and elegantly decorated.
  2. Here in the UK we have to have a civil marriage before a temple sealing can take place so it is common here for people to have both photos from the civil and temple marriages - although I have at least one friend who only has only her civil photos up
  3. 7 out of the 25 for me - and since I have never been on a group date (not really done in the uk) or seen the bachelorette I neither like nor dislike them
  4. That is actually on my list of places to visit. The only time I like Hershey is in S'mores.
  5. Please tell me you are joking! Wispa is similar to aero but while still bubbly it is more dense.
  6. Wispa is a bubbly chocolate that is amazing :) Don't forget vice versa are "new" yet I distinctly remember them in my childhood/teenage years.
  7. Open a shop/crafting studio were me and my friend's would teach various classes in the crafts we enjoy and invite people in to teach crafts we want to learn where they would pay a nominal fee for use of the space and any profits from the class would be theirs. The shop part would sell a variety of frafting supplies plus crafts from local artists.
  8. This whole discussion makes me think of the sunday school lessikn we had. Where someone went lest active over seats at the dedication of Kirtland Temple.
  9. Over here we refer to the "Utah bubble" refereeing to the fact when you and work with so many LDS life experiences will be different to that where you might be the only member in your town/work/school/volunteering. But then even in NH I noticed differences to over here. For example while working at camp I visited a "small branch" which was as big as some of the wardswehave not only 20-30 members
  10. Both my housemate and mother are disabled and often people go out of their way to help us - every time they do it gives me that feeling of peace
  11. I found twinkies over here but ws gutted to discover them charging £2 for one I will just have to wait until I am in SLC in Dec to get some.
  12. We have that problem in my branch. One Sunday the missionaries and their investigators sat in the back row - it was so sunny to watch the family who normally sit there. They really didn't know how to cope.
  13. If lessons are regularly running over I can understand sisters getting annoyed it frustrates me as it has a knock on effect regardless of if you have RS first or last. But there are steps you take to prevent that happening - for example you could have a clock at the back of the room where the teacher can see or you could make yo cards that someone sitting in the front can hold up saying 10mins to go, 5 mins to go and either 2 mins to go or finish up. While I didn't like it for me as I don't over run it has been used effectively in our beanch in the past

  19. I use my tablet during Relief Society and Sunday School as I can get much larger print - before I leave in the morning I close down all my non church apps. During sacrament I study my scriptures to keep my mind focused but I don't like using electronic scriptures to do so!
