I don't know how you put up with that. Just keep doing what you're doing and make sure she doesn't have access to any passwords, pins, etc. In some situations, you just have to let people make their mistakes, but it makes too much of a negative impact on you.

It's lame and she's also making the assumption that skinny kids are healthy enough to be eating large amounts of candy. I know skinny kids with Type I Diabetes who definitely shouldn't be pigging out on candy.

I agree that you should tell them instead of hiding it. If they would stop you from converting, then they don't see you as an adult. You are an adult and adults should be able to inform others of their decisions.

I taught I lady who thought I owed it to her to watch her three children while she and her husband went to New York for a week. Is this lady single? Having a major financial struggle? Do what's reasonable, but don't hurt yourself financially for someone else.

That was my thought too - big burden for that one child.

He was never ordered to stay in his car. A 911 operator can't command a person to stay in their car. Following a person is not illegal. Beating a person is illegal. "Whooping ___ " is the same thing as beating a person! Rachel Jeantel lives in a make believe world where you can beat someone and not have any consequences for it.

There should be classes that teach you how to interpret beatings.

If anyone ever beats me up, I'll make sure to stop them for a second and ask, "Hey, I need to know. Are you going to a. Beat me to death b. Whoop my ___ or c. Open a can of whoop ___ on me?"

I think the "so-called intellectual" comment is referring to those who think they are so learned, they know more than our leaders, they know what needs to be changed in the church, and they start preaching to others what needs to be changed. I met a couple guys like that in Utah, one of which said he was working on a very important book, so he wasn't currently going to church. He told me that tithing wasn't meant to be taken so literally and it wasn't about money. We're supposed to give 10% of our time - not 10% of our income. I told him, "Sounds like you just don't want to pay your tithing, Bob."

One poster was so disturbing last night, I contacted the FBI. He was claiming to be setting cats on fire then posted a picture of two dead women covered in blood, who he had supposedly killed. He also threatened to hunt down a woman and rape her 3-year-old daughter.

I won't be surprised if they come back with a hung jury considering some jurors might be too scared to find him not guilty. Makes me sick how the MSM has portrayed this story - an innocent black "child" shot by a racial profiling "white man", now called a "white Hispanic" after they figured out the name "Zimmerman" didn't automatically mean he's white. Still, rioters will go after white people even though we had nothing to do with what Zimmerman did or the jurors' decision (whatever it will be).

And apparently the DOJ got involved. This is messed up. DOJ helped facilitate anti-Zimmerman protests in Florida: FOIA docs - Washington Times
