ADoyle90815
I loved My Little Ponies, Rainbow Brite, and Cabbage Patch Kids. I also raced down the block on my Big Wheel. By the time the American Girl dolls came out, I had already outgrown playing with dolls.
debi56
I remember seeing a GI Joe naked when I was a little girl, they scared me, I thought men looked liked that. *shudder*
debi56
The kissy doll, when you squeezed her arms she'd pucker. She was great till my brother broke her arms off and just left a pucker on her face Edited November 12, 2008 by debi56 didn't show picture

Guest TheLutheran
We had the old Atari game system with all those old games like Pong and Space Invaders and Asteroids. . . .We never purchased video games for our daughters (now ages 20, 19 and 17.5) but we ran across an old Pong and set it up at our cabin. The girls really thought they had it going on and started calling it Nintendo . . . until they went over to our LDS neighbor's and were introduced to Super Mario. Oh well . . . we still never purchased video games for them!
countrygirl66
I had a coffee can with rubber bugs my grandma had gotten at a yard sale. My other favorite was a strech armstrong. One other was slime. (does that make me a tomboy?)

Misshalfway
Did you all see that report on "toy of the year" for 2008. It was a stick. A plain ordinary stick. But just tell me one of you that didn't play with one!!!! :)

Misshalfway
Oh my stars, Bytor! You are so right about this one. I can still sing the Slinky jingle. "a slinky....a slinky... a (something ) wonderful toy". Well.....almost sing the jingle. :)
