I got a 3! Which means that freshman yr at BYU-I I won't have to take history...

CONGRATS LIZZY!!!

I just finished my finals for summer term today! It helped to know there were quite a bunch of people who cared enough for my success to offer a prayer. It made me stick with it and try much harder especially after 3 hours into the finals and I was so fried that I thought several times to submit the exam unfinished! The exam was 4 hours long most of which was grueling math (Engineering Economics Analysis).

Prayer always helped. I know my personal prayer and fasting helped me it was evident. Whether God changed his mind based on the personal prayers of those on this fourm is up to him. But, i do know that God answers prayers, and my prayers and others were answered based on my test results and the feelings I had during the test.

this thread is not here to debate the effects of prayer on such matters. this thread is not a debate at all in any form. it is someone that is thanking ppl for being supportive and a place for ppl that were involved in that to say "good job". such threads are entirely appropriate. if you have nothing positive to add to this thread then don't read it.

it is completely inappropriate to try to bring someone down when they have worked so hard just because you have issues with specific doctrines. this debate has been had many times on this site. your position has been stated. move on.

Prayers collectively are affected if then in righteousness and with sincerety. If not, then we bother in doing it in the temple (Prayer Circle)?

I've used prayer many times before tests and interviews. If nothing else but for the calming effect so that I might more clearly remember what I have studied and better answer questions.

No one is debating anybody. I posed a question of the poster. She can either answer it or not. If you have a problem with me personally, take it up with a moderator. If you want to ascribe motives to me and discuss my personality, start your own thread. This thread isn't about me.
