We all have them. Stupid little things that we think would make us less cool or popular if people knew them about us. What are some of yours?

I got started thinking about this as I realized that I think the song "I See the Light" (from Tangled) is really pretty, but I wouldn't exactly go admit that to my boy scouts.

I like Madonna's music. Admitting that is one way to get ix- nayed when you admit it in a group of testosterone-laden men.

Not sure I am getting this - I am very much a what you see is what you get kind of person.

The Traveler

Come now, Traveler, admitting your love for the New Kids on the Block will be cathartic. Trust me.

Actually what he needs to get off his chest is that the Master Bedroom in his house is decorated using a puce theme, at his insistence.

I honestly cannot think of anything about myself that I find embarrassing to admit... I've been wracking my brains all day since I saw this post this morning.

You're weight? Not to call you fat or anything, but I find a lot of women don't like giving that number out.

Actually, I'm not embarrassed about it at all. And I am obese. I haven't been able to get back in shape ever since having my son, and he's two now. I'm 5'0" and weigh 185 1bs. Before I was pregnant, I was 130 and happy with my weight even though I would have been considered "overweight" still. I am unhappy with myself for being unable to get the extra weight off, but I'm not embarrassed to tell people.

I occasionally listen to Loreena McKennitt. It's an odd fit on an iPod filled with hardcore punk and a bit of pagan death metal, but hey, I like her music!

I really enjoyed the movie Love Actually.

I eat a lot of bologna sandwiches and Chef Boyardee when I'm at home. I ain't rich and my beer ain't cheap. :P

Ditto. I'm pretty open about my quirkiness. Hmm.. Continues to think some more..

If I was living alone and single I would probably eat an amazing amount of grilled cheese. Don't know if my money would go to beverages though, probably computers and games. :)

I think I may have a mild Social Anxiety Disorder. Whew, that felt good to say! Though that may be due to the disorder and not any pride...

I dunno... I think I freely admit everything. Everyone knows I love pink and cute animals. And that I am still a die-hard Backstreet Boys fan.

Lmbo! Haha. Ok we must have been born around the same time cos I totally grew up during the "boy band" era. Specifically, N*Sync and the Backstreet Boys. Haha. Now that I think about it, I was a pretty die-hard fan as well and in fact enjoy the BSB recent album. So I guess there was something to share! It just hadn't crossed my mind.. My husband loves to tease me about being a boy band fan girl. He was an 80s teen so our taste in music is way different lol.

I STILL get teased by high school friends about a boy-band-praising article I wrote for the teen section of the city paper...

For some reason, it seems to fit you.

I love going to the cinema to see romantic movies. Last one I went to was "PS I Love You". Got some really strange looks from a group of girls, once they realised I was on my own. Oh and went to see Red Riding Hood last week. Thought it was great.

Pretty? Ohhh my goodness MOE. You just made me lose my appetite. Even if you tell your boy scouts probably they don't even know about that song...heck, I didn't even know about it. However you ummm....darn it. A hero has fallen.
