beefche Posted December 9, 2011 Report Posted December 9, 2011 I love Taco Bell. When they came out with the little funny phrases on their sauce packets, I thought it was great! Now I can eat cheap and enjoy my food! What phrases would you compose for your Taco Bell packets? Quote
RMGuy Posted December 9, 2011 Report Posted December 9, 2011 I would suggest, "Your food, may or may not contain meat" -RM Quote
Jennarator Posted December 9, 2011 Report Posted December 9, 2011 "I might not be really Mexican, but I still taste good." "NOt so good on the cinimon twists." "Chipoltle sause is trendy, if you eat me, you are cool." For the firs sauce, " Do you know where the fire extingusher is?" Again, for the fire. "Mild told me to chill!!" Quote

Guest Posted December 9, 2011 Report Posted December 9, 2011 I'm pretty sure I could eat chocolate daily without diminished love for it. In very fact, I'm on a long trial to prove this fact, and so far the results are pretty conclusive: I'm not tired of chocolate. But I digress. Quote
Dravin Posted December 9, 2011 Report Posted December 9, 2011 Vort, are you playing games again? :] OK, let me take a shot at this. You don't consider Del Taco to be "Mexican" food, correct? To be fair the resemblance Del Taco (and even Taco Bell) have with food from mexico is about on par with the resemblance Chef Boyardee has with food from Italy. That said he's being silly. Quote

pam Posted December 9, 2011 Report Posted December 9, 2011 When I ate food in Mexico, it did not taste very much like Del Taco. Even the Mexican restaurants in Utah don't taste much like authentic Mexican food. I have yet to find a REALLY good Mexican restaurant in the Salt Lake area. The best one I have found in Utah was in the little town of Delta a couple of hours away. Quote

Not to suggest there is anything Italian about Chef Boyardee, including his name...I enjoy the occasional can (preferably cold) of Chef Boyardee, that it isn't particularly reminiscent of the actual dishes it claims heritage from doesn't mean it doesn't have merits. As far as the name, he Americanized it, the original Boiardi looks a lot more Italian than Boyardee... actually the latter almost looks Swedish for some reason. Quote

Their tacos seemed very authentic. Quote
