Winter Fun

Hospital called.  On back-up generator power so all elective cases cancelled.  So I got to use the chainsaw instead.

Branches splitting left and right.

Even got California.

Last night at the office, one of the editors was noting how cold it was getting.

I reminded her that come summer, we'll be *missing* this weather. 

She agreed.

I'm a bit worried about an orthopaedic surgeon who resorts to chain saws when the power fails at the hospital.

Nonsense. What a chainsaw may lack in finesse, it more than makes up for in volume. Imagine doing 50 appendectomies at once. That's what I call efficiency!

I guess when calculating the efficiencies you'd have to factor in higher costs for cleaning up
