Jenda Posted June 11, 2004 Report Posted June 11, 2004 I think he means we need to pin it to the top of the board so everyone can read it when they start posting here so that the same poll isn't repeated........... and repeated ...............and repeated ................. Quote

applecore Posted November 8, 2005 Report Posted November 8, 2005 Community of Christ/RLDS I'm friendly to all restoration groups even if their teachings are different from Joseph Smith's. We'll all be together some day when the Nephite library is found. Hope it's soon Quote

Christos Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 I am non-denominational Christian but that is because I didn't know what church to join and so left the church of England in a search for the right church. Though I have now found the church of J.C. of L.D.S. I am feeling very much at home there and feel that it is time that I ought to be baptised. That is the reason why I left the CofE, because I knew I should be baptised but first of all should find the right church to be baptised in. I have been looking for 4 years now. The annoying thing is that I can't be baptised without parental permission as I am 17 and my Mum doesn't want me to become "A Mormon" . So I am having difficulty explaining to her how it is a Christian church and how I feel that my 4 year seach has led me to this church. Could you please pray for me as I would like to be baptised soon and I could be baptised if she gives permission. I would ask my dad but he has left our family for another woman. Though I guess he would give permission I feel it would be wrong to ask him as he never sees me. Quote
sgallan Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 Looking at the choices I am annoyed that there wasn't a choice for Godless Heathen! Quote
