You used to be able to get away with it by paying @Palerider for "protection". I haven't paid him in a while, nor have I heard from him, so I'm guessing he took an extended trip across the border to escape the Federales.

Notice he hasn't been around for awhile.  He's sitting on a beach somewhere in the Caribbean with all of the dues he's collected over the years.

I literally choked on my water when I read this. I am afraid I maynhave been guilty of this as 16-17 yr old. Lol

Yes it was him......I believe it was in his book titled Marriage.......I have a few copies of the book and anytime a couple came to me and said they were going to be married I asked the. To read that book together and come back to me a two weeks and we will talk again.

I personally do not watch R rated movies .....that was a choice I made years ago. Having said that ....anytime you have a movie on in your home or TV you have to be on guard to edit if need be. Even watching regular TV the commercials are just as offensive

First movie that came to my mind was called How Rare a Possesion. A man waited most of his life to be baptized. After reading where you said he had a dream about trees....now I am not sure.

There have been times where my job was a 2 hour commute there, 8 hours at work, and a 2 hour commute home.  Gone for 12 hours every day and too worn out to do much when I got home. There were times where I was unemployed and she had a full time job. Right now I get to work from home, and she is finishing her degree which takes up all her time, so I'm working full time and managing the home (although the kids are older now so it its an easier job than before).  A year from now she'll be working full time not too far from home so the household stuff will get evened out between us.  You just get done what needs to be done, although when it comes to housework I'm nowhere near as good at it as she is.

If what you shared with us is true ....my advice to you is ....go directly to your Bishop and share with him the things you mentioned here. Your Bishop and that Councilor will or should at some point get a report about your sessions.

Hope you are all well, just wanted to let you all know that I have set a date for my Baptism in May,  Its a while off yet as I am having a baby in March.   I am very happy and excited about it and have no doubts that I am doing the right thing.

Mirkwood ..... Sorry to hear about this. I have a son in law who is a Deputy for the County and two neighbors, one a city Officer here where I live and another one is a Highway Patrolman. Praying for you and all officers.
