Once he knows and then engages in that behavior again you have the means to request a legal injunction of some sort based on being sexually harassed or harassed.

If the nonstranded spouse is convinced by authorities that stranded spouse is dead officially, the nonstranded spouse is off the hook if deciding to remarry. However things would get chaotic should the stranded party were to return... In which case the promise with the highest priority to honor would be the more recent one, which would then let the formerly stranded one remarry at this point in time- that would be the cleanest solution to the mess. Alternatively i suppose the nonstranded spouse would be justified for a divorce on the grounds of having been given false information. however as this does invlve a divorce, especially regarding an innocent party, this would be harder to justify.

If not married, i imagine that if they have done all they could to be rescued and to find out they would not be rescued that they could make vows to each other. Were they to be rescued theybwould have to do everything to make their relationship formalized legally. If they are already married, then nope... The only exception i can see to that is if everyone else in the world were killed or something.

The point is that for it to be able to be done in our reality the possibility of it has to exist first- and the less support one can build for something, the more into the realm of wordplay and philosophy pandering it gets... And thats kind of the crux is with the whole immoveable rock deal is that there is little beyond "its possible because we dont know everything yet" to anchor it to reality or give it plausibility and so it ends up being no more than a word game (in this case a logic paradox loop) hypothetical. well if you are righteous there may be something specific in regards to what tribe you're in that you might be called on to do during the millenium. i'd have to go through my OT again as i can't remember the individual tribe covenants. as of right now though i can't think anything that requires a specific bloodline. I think there is something for if someone could show that they are direct descendant of Aaron, but they'd still have to take on all the other covenents and etc.. first anyways so pretty much would have to go through what others do anyways so it's more or less moot.

if we were to hive an infinitisemally small reality in which the configurations A, B, C, D, were the only existing elements a being who was omniscient in said universe would know of A,B,C,D with every possibly combination, mix, and form of said variables... a being who was omnipotent would be able to act upon and/or cause change to said variables in every combination. to be able to first make an immovable rock, that has to be one of the possibilities.
