My seventeen-year-old sent me this. This is the world he is inheriting, the world he will be marrying in and rearing children in.
The agenda is no longer secret. These are unabashed child groomers, loud and proud of their openly nefarious work. I will very literally be damned if I don't do what I can to stop such evil people.

    Hi and welcome.
There's some wise advice I've heard: When people tell you/show you who they are, believe them.  Sounds like your BF is being honest.  So you can believe him when he tells you and shows you he's not temple sealing material.
Sounds like you've got a choice to make.  Either break up and find someone with a compatible view of faith/religion/church/the eternities, or marry him and give up on yours.  That means the probability that any kids will be raised outside the church.  People who don't feel welcome in the church, probably won't want their kids going.

It is difficult to grasp the mindspace you would have to be in to actively support censorship at such a large scale, while still thinking it is the moral high ground. As far as many of the tech giants pushing this forward being private companies, that is all good and well up until the point where they begin meddling with other peoples freedoms outside of the scope of running a simple social website. It could be argued that they are less company at that point and more of a political movement. Or both. I believe there is a definite attempt of Youtube and other major platforms to censor beyond the scope of their own "private company". Of course people can decline their offered services. It just would be an awful lot easier if there was less deceit and more clean cut truth as far as how they really operate, so people could make a well informed decision.

I had not checked out Rumble yet! Will add that to the list. Have been looking for alternative platforms to support for a while. So far these three also look like they are having some success too: Parler, Slug, Bitchute.

    Youtube announced the following 12/9/20:
At what point does this stop, I mean honestly?
They are going to remove differing opinions now?
How about alien and bigfoot videos? Flat earth videos too? Differing religious videos? Where does it stop?

One of the only books I remember reading in high school, hah:

One can easily argue, "Hey, they are a private company and they can censor as they like".
Well here is an alternative private video company for conservatives if needed: https://rumble.com/

The funny thing is that i feel exactly like that too, except it is the other way around. Living in Denmark, the majority in my church have a certain level of socialistic viewpoints. People here tend to lean towards that, and i am not at all socialistic.
But i would like to be able to debate with people on these matters. Not to convince anybody, but i believe we learn from each other as humans by meeting each others differences like that. It certaintly seems like an oppertunity missed.
What bugs me is that i have to be extremely cautious with saying any of my views, because i don't notice that same attitude on debating these things in others. In stead of a friendly conversation, the horde would gather around any opposing opinion and make it an aggressive argument. Unfortunately people take offence way to easily. Not wanting to debate things are important to respect ofcourse. It just seems like it is such a natural instinct in people, to want to express their thoughts and ideas and want to learn of others, that this "don't poke the bear" viewpoint of it seems to just block it.
I totally get where you are coming from though, and that it indeed can be a lonely feeling to not be able to express yourself properly or under what you deem to be safe circumstances. Or even to almost never be able to find someone who resognates with a lot of your political perspectives.

Oh, and not to hijack the thread with the whole "Denmark" subject, but i had to comment the comments earlier   I can assure you that the utopic picture which is shown of Denmark or even other scandinavian countries, is just as true to reality as the way America is portrayed to us. Consider people's definitions of happiness are very different from each other. And that media will manipulate for their own agendas.

** Correction: Rather i don't notice that attitude in many others, because ofcourse there are some amongst who you are able to speak too, all be it rarely. I am just speaking in broad terms.

I'd feel safer in church if I knew EVERYBODY there was carrying a gun.  That way a bad guy wouldn't stand a chance at getting me.
People who are afraid of guns are like people afraid of the dark.  An irrational and uneducated fear.
Get a gun and get some training and get out to the gun range, learn something about reality, and you not only will not fear guns you will understand from your own knowledge why you then feel safer with your brethren armed.
Gun control means you want a good guy to be in control of a gun at any time, and not a bad guy.
As to the recent shooting in Florida, does anybody know what it was that stopped the shooter?  What was it that stopped the shooter?  Was it going out and passing more laws, then more laws, then more laws?  No?
What was it?  Oh, lo and behold ... A GUN!?
If it wasn't for the gun I suppose the guy would still be over there shooting people while the geniuses kept meeting and meeting and meeting to determine what to do about him.

This is all a matter of perception.
    So, here's the exercise:
There's a gun on the table.
What's you're reaction?  Do you feel scared?  If yes, then you are in the "guns are bad" perception.  If no, then you are in the "guns are machines" perception.  Note that the gun on the table will sit on that table without killing anything including a single fly for centuries unless something/somebody pulls its trigger.
Now, if you answered No, then expand that exercise.  There's a gun in the hands of a policeman.  Do you feel scared?  If yes, then you are in the "cops are bad" perception.  If no, then you are in the "cops are good" perception.  Now, if you're under the impression that cops cannot be trusted with a firearm then you'll have a hard time in most anywhere in America.
Now, let's expand that exercise.  There's a gun in the hands of your Bishop.  Do you feel scared?  If you can't trust your Bishop that he is a responsible person when it comes to firearms when he's carrying one, then it's difficult to imagine that you can trust him with something that has more eternal consequence like - approving your temple recommend.
Anyway, this goes with irrational fear of something - like snakes.
    Just my 2 cents.

Maybe I shouldn't even post, but I think you just touched on why most avoid apologetic like activity on social media formats. All of those keyboard warriors aren't out to get a better shared understanding of each others beliefs, they are there to publicly humiliate each other and display their intellectual prowess in public. I don't believe such situations are conducive to the spirit teaching. I also don't believe such behavior is something I would encourage in a disciple of Christ.
