Something tells me that with that red shirt in his closet, his being 19, and away from home, his boxers didn't start out pink...

Ya know what, don't even answer that... Pam has this thread run it's course yet? Do something! Anything! Back to the OP!
-
HEY! Oh my gosh SF you're too funny, but now you're making me worry! Does that picture really look like that's what I was going for?!
-
Elphaba, is that you?
-
Not only is Pam allowed back, she eats free anytime Chad's working! Let me know when you guys do this. If it's on Friday night or Saturday, I'm so there (if this is an open invite). Let me know!

Psh, mine was more of a teaser than a spoiler and probably got people to go log onto amazon.com (thanks to Loudmouth of course) just to buy the last book! You're welcome Stephanie! LOL jk, very good point Elphie. Way to call me on my inconsistencies!

Wait up, I don't remember any hot, pillow biting, bed breaking sex mentioned in Sense and Sensibility... Let me go check again... Yes the cars were sweet, but I'm waiting until the movie comes out before I drool over the "Guardian". I want to see what they do with it. Oh my ears! SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER! What if I hadn't read it yet?! SUCKER! Wow Elph, I thought you were more of a nonconformist type... tsk tsk! Read it (them), watched it *shrug* it was ok. Fun for the moment, but not a big deal. No, I didn't buy any of it (I'm even too cheap for Amazon, dvd's seem like a waste of money now days). I've gotta laugh at all this stuff. I just don't care that much. It's like those stupid quizzes on facebook that get popular - can we just get to the next one already?

Way to go girl!

So really, the whole MOD program is like a rehabilitation program for troublemakers? Like taking the noisy kids in Primary and making them reverence examples? I see, I see. It's starting to make sense now... If the program was backfiring would they even admit it or would it be the greatest cover up in .net history?

Now mind you, I know the difference between fowl and fouls, but for some reason when I clicked on this thread, I had in my mind images of very pushy, smelly birds...

And if we just add our LOL's to the list and don't actually engage you in conversation... then what? Oh wait.... DANG IT! Never mind!

Gosh MOE, I think you're looking for stuff like that JUST because it happened in Utah. I didn't see anything like, "I miss her with every fiber of my being" or "I pray that she will be sustained, nourished and strengthened". Can you take the anti-Utah blinders off for just a second?!

Wow Lost, I believe you just started the site's first Laughathon. There have been requests for laughs or thanks before, but I don't think that I've seen a thread where every single post has been LOL'd @ or thanked! I think we should see if Heather could up your LOL's just for that fact alone.

LOL "Celebs starstruck by Nut" HAHAHAHAHAHA 52 hours a day devoted to people other than herself..... on the lds.net boards! Too funny Wing!

Welcome! If there's one I've learned in life, it's that nobody is ever on the same spiritual level. We all have struggles, questions, high points and low, but that fact also means we have something in common. I look forward to reading and possibly responding to your posts.

Gilbert coffee shops get business despite LDS caffeine ban
Honor replied to Hemidakota's topic in LDS Gospel Discussion
Wouldn't this have been a bit more interesting if it had been about coffee shops in Utah? Even then - I agree, it's still not very well researched. -
Fox... duh! Ok jk.

I'm pretty sure you'd enjoy this book: DeseretBook.com - The Infinite Atonement

I don't believe anybody, even those who have been through similar situations can tell you how to feel - especially his parents. Your feelings are unique to you. I think that the fact that you want to heal shows that you're not harboring them as a security blanket, but that things will only take time. I'm sorry that you are and have been going through this. I can't pretend to even imagine what it's like, but my heart goes out to you and your family.

Hi Neighbor! Knowing when or when not to express your opinion is a talent that not all posses. I'm not sure I'll read too many of your posts. Something tells me that your strongest opinions are of a political nature and while I have some strong ones myself, I just haven't been able to get interested in reading or posting on many of the political threads here. I like to think that my opinions are what dictates my actions rather than how loud and how frequently I decide to share them with others, buuuuuut maybe I'm just a wuss and I don't like to argue. Regardless, welcome to the site. Was your comment about your feet you being punny or are they webbed?

There is an AMAZING talk/book? on tape by Dr. John Lund called Daughters of Eve. It's a beautiful look at our roles as women in general with parts of it focusing on women in the scriptures, especially in the life of the Savior. Not exactly in answer to your question, but I think it would be something that you and your sister in law would appreciate. PS: Sorry, for some reason I was thinking you were a girl as well. I'm sure that you'd enjoy the talk too though! :)

That's one thing that I can see happening, but at the same time, I don't know how I feel about it. Of course I don't want it to happen to this woman who seems like she's a sweetheart, but the reality of it is that everyone that goes on there put themselves in these positions by auditioning for a show like this, even if they're totally clueless to the trials of the life that would follow should they get their wish for success. It certainly doesn't justify anything, but it kinda comes with the territory. How she handles it will prove who comes out on top and thankfully it seems like she's got a bit of sass, not to mention the fact that being so public, there will be plenty of people who will be jumping to manage her business affairs and publicity. I do hope that this next phase of Susan Boyle's life will treat her well though.

Sorry to hear it... And after you put in so much hard work.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. Not having any interesting thread topics going on here qualifies. You're such a trooper to go to all that trouble just for a fun thread. I can just imagine it now. "Let us repent, that we provoke not the Lord to pull down his wrath." - Alma 12: 37 (His wrath = Mini Wing gaining access to the kitchen table...)
