Outshined Posted November 30, 2008 Report Share Posted November 30, 2008 Hello to everyone here! It has been some time since I posted here; a year or so. Some of the conversation was feeling detrimental to me at the time, so some distance was what I needed. I got back from Iraq in June, and have settled in nicely to home life again. The entire feel of that country was different; some nice changes taking place there. I met a lot of good people, and left with a lot of hope that their future is bright. Nonetheless I hope to never go again; the deployments are too hard on the family (and me).
