FunkyTown Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 They're making a movie about your life. Who plays you? Who plays your spouse (if applicable)? There's only one person who can play me in the movie of my life: Me.And there's only one person who can play my spouse: Scarlett Johansson. The movie is an hour and a half long makeout session. Clearly.Wait! This is in a publicly accessible place, isn't it? Well played. Well. Played. Quote
Guest Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 Who plays you?The bad girl in Witchcraft - in exactly that role.Who plays your spouse (if applicable)?Flynn Rider/Eugene Fitzherbert - in exactly that role.Put both characters with those roles together in a movie and that would closely resemble my life. LOL. Quote
Jamie123 Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 They're making a movie about your life. Who plays you?)I've always kinda fancied myself as Hugh Grant - though Hugh Hefner may be closer to the mark! Who plays your spouse (if applicable)?Catherine Zita Jones - though not as she is now. It would have to be the young, sweet, innocent CZJ from the days when she played Mariette in The Darling Buds of May. Quote
Vort Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 Vort, as played by the doe-eyed Icelandic chick. Sister Vort, as played by Sister Vort, since there's no replacing her. (But given who's playing me, the movie won't feature any kissing.) Quote

Guest Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 In my younger days I got Nicole Kidman a lot. Now I'd say somewhere between her and Paula Deen. For my husband. . . Colin Firth. Just because. (My husband is a handsome, brawny man with dark curls, but not as tall.) Quote

Traveler Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 They're making a movie about your life. Who plays you? Who plays your spouse (if applicable)? If a movie was ever made to accurately portray my life including the trials I have endured; the movie of necessity of accuracy would be rated “R” or even perhaps “XXX” and no saint following the recommendations of the prophets would see it - and no one that is not a saint would appreciate or understand the movie of my life. I am not sure at what level I know or understand (or even want to know or understand) anyone else? I am convinced that some things should be kept private (some say secret) - and with this understanding - I am not sure how well I know anyone else - or for that matter - should know. Some of the things of my life are great triumphs that are somewhat worthy but others are failures that have been sorely and painfully repented of; that would not have much entertainment value - except for those that would find some fun in scorn. Part of the problem - is that I am not the same person I once was. I have evolved - and as bad as I have been - I have discovered many other great and righteous people have been worse and others I sometimes think less of - have not been as “bad”.If a movie of my life was to be made - it would need a great editor - and then it would not be my life. Thus who played me would not matter that much - except I think it would have to be a guy - and I guess that makes me a sexists? The Traveler Quote
pam Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 So the simple question Traveler: Who would you and who would play your wife? I know you said it didn't matter..but play the game here with us. :) Quote

Vort Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 Long before The Notebook there was Far And Away.Isn't that the movie that Tom Cruise ground down his front tooth to play the role? Quote
Windseeker Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 If my life were a movie I'd be played by Jimmy Stewart, my wife would be played by Linda Harrison who played Nova in the original Planet of the Apes, it would actually be the same movie except she would be rescuing me and I would be silent thru the whole thing. ..yeah a silent Jimmy Stewart that's me Quote

What ever the guy's name is but without the hair and glasses - and the girl - I think her name is Penny. (That would sort of be us when we were younger)I guess in our olders years it would be the couple in the movie "As good as it gets" That would be Jack Nickolson and whatever the girl's name is.The Traveler Quote
