Frankly, though, if she was gold digging it would be a lot more profitable for her to find a 40-50 year old millionaire wanting a trophy wife, but not willing to marry one who's actually his kids' age. He won't. Escort agencies are perfectly legal because technically what you pay for is the woman's time. The legal defense goes like this: You're paying for her to hang out with you for an hour (or whatever) and there's no actual expectation of doing anything else. (Of course, anything that DOES happen is between consenting adults and not what you're paying for, yadda yadda yadda.) You'll probably see a disclaimer to that effect somewhere on their website. Of course, the actual expectation is for sex, and that's the whole point but as long as nobody SAYS it, then no charges would stick.
