  1. Tell him to bring a camera next time.
  2. I'm just going to say that pot should be decriminalized, not legalized, and as others have said, any legalization for medical use needs to be controlled with a vice and a set of hawk eyes.
  3. I think the more important question here is whether or not breaking the law qualifies as not meeting the "are you honest in all your dealings with your fellow men?" qualification.
  4. I think you should ask them to tone it down as best they can. If they refuse, you really just need to get into the habit of thinking about what you're going to say before you say it.
  5. I would have just called it off, but I assume they'll make a good time out of it. Can't imagine this is supposed to be a serious thing.
  6. Asinine, on multiple levels. You don't have to keep gender a secret to teach your child the dynamic nature of gender roles. On top of that, they're worrying about letting an infant choose for itself what it wants to be when it doesn't even understand what that means. If an individual wants to go against the grain of perceived gender roles in society, it will happen on it's own. There's no need for this nonsense presented under the guise of "parental guidance", and I can't believe a spectacle is being made of it.
  7. Because some things that are said on a PC which aren't PC are better left unsaid. Unless of course you're a moderator overlord like PC. PC can say whatever PC wants on his PC regardless of whether or not it's PC.
  8. PC left his PC on but PC isn't actually using his PC, so apparently PC is doing whatever PC typically does when away from his PC. Possibly PC is afraid that whatever comments PC makes on his PC won't be PC enough toward Harold Camping? Or he got raptured.
  9. lol as I read this he's viewing the thread
  10. It is now 6:34 PM on Christmas Island. Now where are all those zombies we're supposed to be hearing about?
  11. Well, folks, it's starting. Nice to know you all.
  12. What is this I don't even. Shaking my head so much right now, think I'm gonna get dizzy.
  13. In all honesty, this might be a good thing. They could realize their mistake in casting their faith into this guy who's made predictions before and was horribly wrong and search for correct principles instead. Of course, the opposite is also another serious possibility.
  14. I was referencing more to the idea that they will follow wherever a foolish man and their earthly reasoning will lead them as opposed to relying on God for truth, especially considering the fuzzy math and shaky biblical evidence that was used to come up with this, but it's apparent now that what I meant wasn't clear enough. My apologies.
  15. Oh and by the way guys, here's the weather forecast:
  16. It's simple. You don't have to cut anyone down to be best, although many people do. You just have to build yourself up to the task.
  17. They'll probably convince themselves into believing God created an instantaneous alternate parallel reality for them so that they wouldn't have to suffer because they were righteous. These people are the sort who will believe anything, after all. I would imagine their reaction will be similar to how the atheists react when they pass on to the other side; that it's not actually reality and their brains are firing off weird signals in their final moments.
  18. I don't believe competition is inherently evil unless it is practiced with an air of superiority rather than respecting everyone for doing the best they could.
